Luxury Beach Front two beedroom apartment

Apartment in the south of the island of Gran Canaria, in a complex located on the seafront and with direct access to the beach. It has a pool, solarium and large common areas. The environment surrounding the pool, has a magnificent garden with large palm grove that gives shade to the gardens. Two swimming pools; one for adults and one for children.

In our balcony-terrace, a few meters from the sea, you will enjoy extraordinary views where you can recreate with the wonderful sunrises. You have a table with sun loungers to eat. Mexican hanging chairs and bamboo hammocks!

The living room has a sofa, 55 "TV (Smart TV) and Wi-Fi.
The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, microwave, kettles, coffee, coffee maker and all necessary kitchen utensils.
Two large bedrooms, with a double bed of 2m x 1.5m, high-end visco-elastic mattress, and air conditioning.
The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. Equipped with towels.
The apartment is very well connected, has a bus / taxi stop very close, several restaurants and small supermarkets nearby.
