The cozy private pool is situated on the tiled terrace, overlooking the surrounding countryside and offering lovely partial views of the sea and mountains. There is ample space with sun loungers for you to relax while enjoying the Mediterranean sun, and a seating area with a barbecue that is a fantastic spot for outdoor dining.



In a quiet and charming street in Cala San Vicente, on a corner plot with plenty of on-street parking, you'll find the main entrance of Villa Estrella de Mar and the covered terrace with a sitting area.



There is a dining area with a table and chairs, perfect for al fresco dining, equipped with a flat-screen TV, sofas, and chairs. On the same level, there are 2 bedrooms and a shared bathroom.



A few steps up, you'll find the fully equipped contemporary kitchen with all modern appliances, perfect for preparing memorable dinners! On the same floor, there is a terrace with a table and chairs, ideal for breakfast and quick lunches before heading to the beach. Also on this floor is a room with an en-suite bathroom. All rooms are furnished with built-in wardrobes to store all your belongings. The villa includes complimentary WiFi throughout the house to keep you connected.

In Cala Sant Vicenç (or simply Cala as it is known by the locals) there is a mini market, several small restaurants offering a variety of dining experiences and even a couple of bars. There are four small coves and two main areas of the beach. Cala Sant Vicenç has spectacular views and crystal clear waters.



In Pollença you’ll find shopping a cultural center, the Pollença market, restaurants, cafes and bars. Traditional shops and churches are also present on this historic town. Enjoy the environment in the evening and take part of its activities. On Sundays there is a local farmers market in the main square where local vegetables, fruits and spices are abundant.



Puerto Pollensa beach is perfect for relaxing at the Sun, or for the more active, enjoy water sports like kayaking, windsurf or jet skiing.
