Layout:

The property is built on three levels.

On the main one you can find an entrance hall, a double bedroom with double bed (150x190cm), a complete bathroom with shower, another double bedroom with two single beds (90 x 190cm), the kitchen, the living room with two sofas and two armchairs, the dining room with a table for 8 people and the access to a small interior patio where the laundry is located.

On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed (150x190cm) and the other with two single beds (90x190cm), a bathroom with shower and an outside terrace.

On the lower level we have the terrace and pool area with the barbecue.

Note 1. The final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This does not relieve the client of his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable.

Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and subject to availability, the cost will be 15€ per person per day.

Note 3. Check-out time is 10:00. If a later check-out is possible, it is always subject to availability and will cost 90 € until 13:00 and 160 € until 16:00.

Note 4. Free entry to the accommodation with our agency staff until 10 pm, €30 (10 pm–midnight) or €50 (after midnight). There is also the option of free self-check-in with a staff welcome the next day.

Note 5. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is 0.25€/Kw, to be paid on departure

Note 6. In the Balearic Islands, all hotels/tourist accommodation are required to charge guests over 16 years of age the Tourist Tax, which is then paid to the Regional Authorities.
