Total Reno ...... Gulf Highlands es una gran comunidad cerrada con una casa club privada ubicada en la hermosa playa blanca. Tiene su propio snack bar, terrazas para tomar el sol y hacer turismo, piscina directamente en la playa, + 10 piscinas adicionales, 4 climatizadas, juegos de tejo, canchas de tenis,
Mini golf de 18 hoyos (gratis), sala de ejercicios, justo al lado del patio es la piscina más grande del complejo.

NO SE ADMITEN MASCOTAS, NO FUMADORES. (fumar dentro o un olor a humo perderá su depósito) Debe tener 23 años para alquilar la unidad.

Suite principal con cama extragrande, colchón con cubierta tipo almohada y baño privado con sala de estar junto a la habitación principal que da a la gran piscina de la isla. El otro dormitorio principal tiene una cama queen también con colchón con pillow-top y baño privado. Abajo hay un sofá cama Queen. Esta unidad se extiende en los pisos superior e inferior con una hermosa sala de estar con vista a la piscina más grande del complejo. Amplia moldura de corona y placa base. COCINA PERSONALIZADA con encimeras de granito y gabinetes de pasto. Parrilla de gas en el patio trasero. Pintura nueva, ropa de cama nueva, electrodomésticos de pizarra nuevos, pisos nuevos en todas partes. 4 televisores de pantalla plana, cocina completamente equipada, lavadora y secadora. Wonderful vacation

The townhouse is beautiful. It was clean and very spacious. The pool is literally steps away and the beach is about a 3 minute walk. We loved not having to wait on an elevator and we didn’t have to worry about parking because each unit comes with its own spot. The host is an excellent communicator.

Great location, great communication

The townhouse was clean and as advertised. Very nicely furnished and decorated. Check in was a gate code and door code. Easy!!! We enjoyed having a pool right behind us and a short walk to the beach. We had everything - kitchen, linens, bath -we needed for our stay.

Family Vacation

My family and I enjoyed our vacation/ baseball tournament. .This was the cleanest place I ever stayed , considering I worked for Marriott managing & inspections for housekeeping department. Everything was in working order. It was very spacious and accommodated a family of six. I will definitely visit again. Thanks for making my family feel at home. This is a nice area. I forgot to mention nice pool and beach area as well

The only issue I had was that you can’t rent a golf cart that is street legal and bring it onto the property and we wanted this to be able to travel to and from by golf cart to the beach and places we wanted to visit- other than that our stay was great!

Beautiful place, great location!

We love Gulf Highlands Beach Resort and this was the best rental yet! Our condo was beautiful and it was steps away from the large pool and playground. The kitchen had everything we needed to make great meals. Fayla was wonderful!!

Awesome rental from a great host

What you see in the pictures is what you get and it really is this beautiful. The property was well maintained and in the perfect location. The largest pool in the community is right in the backyard, the way to the beach is 3 minutes and the house had everything you need for an extended stay. Fayla was a great host who is very professional and super responsive. This won’t be the last time we stayed here. Great vacation for a very fair price!

Mrs. Fayla was very attentive?

TV in living would not come on contacted Miss Fayla. With Taylor quickly got another TV for the living room. We could not get heat on because it was cold at night. Miss Fayla quickly had heater person to come over and fix the issue. This is one of the best VRBO homes I have stayed in. Communication with the owner, Mrs. Fayla was Phenomenal5 ⭐️. I travel a lot and This will be our home away from him whenever we are in Panama. Mrs. Fayla has other property in Orlando and Tn that I will forward to staying at. This property was beautifully updated but the Owners quickness to respond and resolve our concerns made this stay extra pleasant. Thank you Mrs. Fayla

Condos were very enticing

I rented 2 condos from fayla at gulf highlands.both condos were very clean fully furnished. They had all the creature comforts of home. I would highly recomnend renting from fayla when you calk her she responds within a reasonable amount of time. Our condos were close to the big pool which was really convenient

Great vacation

The property was in a central location. A short walking distance to the beach and the beach resort restaurant has great food. Fayla was very accommodating and responded immediately to any questions we had. Fayla is great to work with. We were within steps to the pool from our condo, which was an excellent pool . The condo was very clean when we arrived. The bedrooms were upstairs and for us, an older couple it was a lot of steps, but we managed! All in all we loved it. If we have the chance to come back, we would book again with Fayla

Loved this property for our family vacation in Panama City Beach

This property was perfect for two couples. The property owner had everything that was needed in a rental. She even had a grill which was a bonus. The property was well decorated, maintained, and clean. It was also only a short walk to the beach.

The resort rule has a "No Trailer" parking policy in place. I have no control over that! Most all resorts in Panama City Beach has the same rule. There is several parking areas close by that allows trailer parking. Regarding trailer parking, that is clearly stated in my rental contract, that you signed and returned to me. I answered any questions you had and "none" of them were about trailer parking.

Spring break

Our unit was wonderful and I was especially happy with how clean it was...everything we needed but beach towels (fortunately we brought our own)...easy enough access to the beach, about a 5 min walk. My granddaughter brought a friend and they enjoyed the pools. Our neighbors were friendly and quiet...we had a nice stay
