Centrally located in the village center, opposite the Castle of Gieselwerder, this holiday home offers the ideal starting point for a perfect holiday in the southern Weserbergland or just a cozy and undisturbed weekend with friends and family.
The property is on the first floor of the village shop and is ideal for groups of up to 10 adults or 2-3 families with children.
The 5 spacious bedrooms all have a double bed and each room has a single bed or a bunk bed.
On the large south-facing balcony with a view of the Reinhardswald there is room for sunbathing, barbecuing and spending pleasant evenings. The large awning provides shade on hot days
Furthermore, the house directly adjacent to the living room has its own house bar, which is available for festive occasions.
Finally, there is a sauna with a shower temple that will ensure relaxation.
Opposite the house is the castle with the historic Rathhaus (100 m), the Weseroever with the weser bridge (150 m), the open-air swimming pool (400 m) with free access with the Kurkarte for all guests.
There are some gastronomic companies (100-400 m) and finally the village shop directly under the house and where everything is for sale, incl. Bakery.
Sights are b. v. the historic center of Bad Karlshafen and Hann. Münden, the Sleeping Beauty Castle and the Sababurg with the zoo. These are ideal day trips and can be reached in less than 30 minutes. The centers of Göttingen and Kassel can be reached within an hour.
The house is located directly on the "Weserradweg R1" and this offers a lot of possibilities, because cycle paths have been laid on both sides of the Weser, both in a northerly and a southerly direction.
The bus stop is directly opposite and offers connections in different directions.
