Piso de diseño totalmente reformado bien comunicado por transporte público.
El apartamento está a solo cinco minutos a pie de la estación de metro ISTRIA (Metro 5) y a solo 4 paradas de metro de la Estación Central y la Estación Garibaldi (conveniente si llega en tren o autobús desde cualquier aeropuerto). Varias líneas de tranvía / autobús (4, 5, 7, 31, 42, 51) están disponibles en las cercanías del edificio.
A poca distancia también se encuentra el MIC (museo de cine interactivo), un espacio de museo completamente dedicado al séptimo del arte, y en las inmediaciones hay un centro comercial con un complejo, gimnasios, pizzerías y restaurantes (Bicocca Village), así como en el Hangar Bicocca, un lugar de exhibición de atractivo internacional. El barrio de Isola, que linda con Bicocca y un punto de referencia para restaurantes y clubes nocturnos (uno de los cuales es Blue Note), se puede llegar en poco tiempo. Gracias al tranvía 7 y la línea 5 del metro, también hay conexiones rápidas a las áreas de Porta Nuova, Porta Garibaldi y Corso Como, los centros de vida nocturna de Milán. Con la misma línea de metro (Línea 5) es posible llegar fácilmente al estadio de San Siro.

We stayed here for 10 days in February 2026. Check in and communication with the host was very easy. Host is attentive and responds to messages in a timely manner. Apartment is very clean, well equipped and within walking distance to two grocery stores, one larger than the other. Located within a 5 minute walk to the Istria subway station bringing you into Milan in approximately 20 minutes. Secured, free parking is available in another nearby (less than 5 minute walk) apartment complex. As reported by other reviewers, there is a dog park across the street. Yes we heard dogs barking but throughout the 10 days we were there, it was never before 8:00 am in the morning. If you are a very light sleeper, you may hear them earlier than that, it was not an issue for us. We also had no issues with the trains. We did not hear any trains during the night. Wifi was good, good size for four adults. It was a perfect location for what we needed. Thank you Fabrizio for your hospitality. You are very kind and we will definitely recommend your apartment.

Family Italy trip

Great location right next to the metro making travel to the city’s highlights easy. Our host also pointed out a restaurant for us that was outstanding. It rained while we were in Milan and the apartment was cold to be in. We managed with some extra blankets at night.

Other than the hard platform beds, I can think of nothing I would change . Lovely owner/host who was most patient when we went to wrong location. Our GPS was totally wrong.

Easy access to Milan

This was a great apartment for our 5 night Milan trip. The apartment is spacious and comfortable and worked great for our family of 5. It's a very easy walk to the metro and a quick ride to get anywhere in Milan. Communication and check-in/out were very easy and we felt at home in the apartment and neighborhood. We would definitely look to stay again next time we come to Milan.

Lovely apartment within easy walking distance of Metro

Fabrizio is a great host and has a lovely apartment within easy, and safe, walking distance of the Metro. There's a couple of handy supermarkets nearby. The kitchen is well stocked and the apartment has everything that you need to have a comfortable stay. As others have mentioned, there is a train line behind the apartment, and a dog park in front, but really neither bothered us during our stay.

Our stay here was short however the host was absolutely wonderful. Brilliant with communication, talked us through the place ensuring if we had any questions we could contact him whenever. Also appreciated his humor!!!! The place was clean and fabulous facilities. I only wish we had a little more time there. We did find the meteo lines slightly more confusing than specified in the description however overall got the hang of it. Massive thanks for making our stay so memorable.

Close to everything we wanted with true Italian feel!

Overall, we absolutely enjoyed our stay. The space was perfect for us and close to all things we needed such as a supermarket, neighborhood bakeries, delicious food - and neighborhood outdoor eat/drink area. We got to experience the old town local vibe and it’s super close to the transit system. There was a railroad system that was outside the window that ran frequently; however, it didn’t bother us much. It did get a little warm but the fans helped. All in all we loved it and if we are back in Milan, we will stay here.

Great experience and a lovely apartment

We met Fabrizio who very kindly waited for us (our plane was late) and he showed us everything. It is a very nice apartment with everything you need: good beds, two big bedrooms, a kitchen with everything for eating and cooking with 4 persons. Only no dish washer, but we managed easily without. Bathroom and nicely hot water, a balcony with the view to a little parc and happily playing dogs there. Very good WIFI. A very short walk to the Metro nr.5 Istria and also the bus nr42 to the Central Station. We needed about 20 min to the Duomo and other sightseeing events. We recommend this apartment and many thanks to Fabrizio.

Good location, excellent host!

“Fabrizio, the host, is a very nice and helpful man. The communication was great, and there is nothing to complain about. The location of the apartment is good, you can get everywhere quickly with the metro. The apartment is quiet (except for the nearby trains) and well-equipped. Unfortunately, the dishwasher was broken when we were there, but such things can happen. The heating only worked sporadically, but due to the temperatures, it was not a problem and was addressed by Fabrizio during check-in. We had everything we needed (except for a pizza cutter), and if something was missing, Fabrizio provided it immediately. He always gave us good tips and was almost always available. You can definitely give a clear recommendation here without hesitation.

Great and friendly host

Fabrizio, is an incredible host, he went out of the way to provide us a lot of information. However on the day before we were due to leave, we were accosted outside the building at around 9 pm and there was a likelihood we would have been robbed if it hadn't been for other cars in the vicinity. With 2 young children in tow, it felt like we were made an easy mark of. I am highlighting this, because it may be a consideration for families who wish to live here in future. My only comment about the property itself, would be that the electrics will need to be upgraded, because the fuse blew a few times when appliances in the kitchen were on. Other than that - it was a comfortable stay and we found all necessary amenities for our 4 day stay there.

Good evening Preeti, meanwhile thank you very much for writing that I am a good Host. I am very sorry for what was about to happen to you in the street, luckily everything ended well but if I have to be honest, I have been living in this neighborhood two blocks from the building for almost 15 years and I assure you that I have never seen scenes of this type . Even the guests we have received over the years have never complained about the area in which the building is located, on the contrary they have always told me the opposite, complimenting me (You can read this from the reviews they wrote to me on the site) . It may have been a coincidence. As for the apartment's electricity meter, I can guarantee you that the entire electrical system is brand new and made in accordance with the law. However, if other appliances are turned on together with the washing machine, it is normal for the meter to trip, this can happen to anyone.

Die Wohnung liegt günstig in der Nähe der Metrostation Istria, für Mailand und die Zuganbindung in die Umgebung ideal, Supermarkt zu Fuß 5-10 Minuten. Die Sauberkeit, insbesondere der Küche, ist deutlich verbesserungswürdig.

Fast perfekt

Fabrizio war sehr freundlich und für uns immer ansprechbar. Er hat sich aller unserer Probleme angenommen. Zugegeben, so peinlich sauber wie manch andere Ferienwohnung war es hier nicht. Aber die Arbeitsflächen in der Küche und das Bad waren top. Die Spülmaschine konnten wir nicht benutzen.

Mooi ingericht appartement met vriendelijke eigenaar maar wel wat aandachtspunten

Het appartement is mooi ingericht en netjes. De eigenaar is heel vriendelijk en heeft ons relevante informatie gegeven. Toch zijn er enkele belangrijke aandachtspunten. Het appartement is gelegen in een erg lawaaierige omgeving. Aan de achterkant loopt een zeer drukke spoorlijn waardoor je nagenoeg continu (ook 's nachts) het lawaai van voorbij denderende treinen hoort. Aan de voorkant is er een hondenweide. Al vroeg in de ochtend hoor je blaffende honden. Voor wie een rustige buurt zoekt, is dit appartement af te raden. Het keukengerei om te koken is beperkt. Er was bijv. geen scherp mes om groenten en aardappelen te schillen aanwezig, alsook geen waterkoker (deze staat nochtans op de foto's). Veel dingen zijn ook wat verouderd zoals bijv. het gasfornuis zonder beveiliging en sommige rolluiken. De leefruimte heeft geen vensters en is daardoor een wat donkere koker.

Gewoon geweldig

Prima. Alles is aanwezig in het appartement. Fijne buurt. Heel dicht bij metro. Fabrizio kan je altijd een berichtje sturen, mocht je iets willen weten. 1 klein minpuntje. Mocht je niet van blaffende honden houden, dan is het niet de juiste plek om te verblijven. Tegenover appartement is een loslopende honden veldje. Dat toch al wel erg vroeg hoorbaar is.
