Globalement très satisfait sur la qualité de la location. Je pense que c'est un excellent rapport qualité/prix : il ne faut pas oublié que nous sommes à Milan. Peut-être le bémol, sans doute lié à notre âge : distance Métros, environ 800 m. Merci Fabio pour la disponibilité, bonne continuation.

Long time VRBO'r. Nice property with local conveniences, worked well for a month long stay. The property contact met us at the property and performed a full walk through with us before parting ways. This is always appreciated and shows a personal touch to welcome new occupants. The unit is on the 7th floor and there is a lift (elevator). Milan (Europe) was in the middle of a heat wave during our stay and the 2 mini-split A/C units performed well to keep the master bedroom and front rooms cool. We turned the A/C off when we left for the days activities, and the apartment would mostly maintain its cool until we returned. The addition of a portable electric fan helped with circulation. All appliances and amenities worked as expected. There are roll shutters on all exterior facing windows/doors, which helped to block some of the heat in the middle of the day. The small balcony can hold 2-3 people and is nice place to relax when the temp is lower. In the area there is a grocery store within a 5 minute walk, and several local restaurants within 5-10 minutes. The closest metro line is the M3 and is a 10 minute walk. The metro is clean and safe and the easiest way to get around town. The central train station is close by (1 metro stop) and provides easy train rides to other regions in Italy and Europe. All in all, a nice place, local conveniences, and a good experience with the property management and contacts.

Perfect stay in an amazing city bursting with culture and gems. Wonderful patisserie nearby and supermarket. Easy access to central Milan. Visited the monthly flea market (last Sunday of the month) at Navigli canal district which is huge and well worth a visit.

Fabulous property manager

I have been in a lot of VRBO properties and this one by far had the best property manager. He was extremely helpful, but also left us alone when we didn’t need help. Great walking neighborhood and close to grocery, Metro and restaurants.

Tolle Unterkunft in jeder Hinsicht

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen. Freundlicher Empfang, nette Umgebung, alles super sauber, Betten sind bequem. Wir sind rundum zufrieden. Auch für sieben Personen ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen.

Fabulous

Fabio was gracious to let us stay an extra day when the train went on strike. He was kind and helpful. We walked to many of the sites, metro and buss are blocks away. Elevator and washing machine helped us with our luggage and laundry.

Property exceeded our expectations. Well located in a quiet neighbourhood, with great local facilities such as bars, supermarket and specialty food shops. Hosts were responsive and any questions quickly answered. Thank you for a terrific stay in a lovely apartment

Quiet neighborhood, secure location

The apartment was very nice. It’s very secure. Behind Lock gates. Lots of restaurants and bars within a few minutes of walking. We had a great time. Check out the rock ‘n’ roll bar. Lots of fun.

Wonderful stay in Milan for family trip to Milan

Very clear and lovely decor unit in Milan. Convenient location just 15 min to train station. We can walk to Milan central in 45 min- one way. There are other options for public transportation to city center if walking not suitable. We’d stay here again. Note- the nearby bakery shop was very good.

Milan apartment

Close to the train terminal but far from a lot of tourist activities. Took quite a while for the apartment to cool down in July. No personal or on street parking access but there is a parking attendant within the block. A walk to restaurants or shopping.

Modern, convenient, comfortable

Spent a quick 36 hours or so in Milan and this apartment made that visit much nicer for my family. The beds are especially lovely and the bathroom generous and clean. Families should be aware of the 3 person per elevator limit and the location on a high floor.

Zentrale Lage, ruhig und sauber

Wir haben hier als Familie mit Kindern ein tolles Wochenende verbracht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter Fabio war super, er hat uns wertvolle Informationen zu z.B. Taxikosten und Anfahrt gegeben. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, sicher und gemütlich. Auch die Lage war perfekt, zentral und gut erreichbar, jedoch ruhig, man konnte problemlos mit offenen Fenstern schlafen. Wir bedanken uns bei Fabio und seiner Tochter und werden sicherlich wieder kommen!

Wonderful

Everything is as it was advertised. Just far enough outside the city for a perfect nights sleep. Just close enough to be able to view the Duomo de Milano just a short distance away.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment very much. It was very clean and quiet, close to the supermarket and less than a 10 minute walk to the Metro. Fabio and Cecilia were wonderful hosts with quick communication. We look forward to staying here the next time we’re in Milan.
