I really wish I could give this property-and it’s host Linzi- 10 stars!! Super accommodating and attentive host went above and beyond to ensure our experience was wonderful, and it was! Georgeous, nicely decorated luxury apt in a perfect location- with everything we needed for a great stay. We’re hoping to go back soon.

Amazing stay! Linzi was super responsive and a suburb host. VRBO was one of the cleanest we’ve stayed in and well stocked. Perfect location, lots of great restaurants, pubs, and grocery within walking distance, and plenty of space for two couples. Great golf vacation! Would definitely book again.

Perfect in every way.

I have stayed in many rental properties in a few different countries and this was the best experience I have ever had. The flat was exactly as advertised … clean, perfect size and great location. But the best aspect was Linzi. She was an incredible host. Went above and beyond in many ways. Cannot thank her enough. We will be back.

Wonderful Flat!

I am a very picky person when it comes to lodging. I was beyond impressed with the property and the property manager. The flat was wonderful in every way. Perfect for two couples. The owner was incredibly responsive and her attention to detail was top notch. I would highly recommend this flat for a stay in St Andrews!!

Heavenly Stay in St. Andrews

This is the best VRBO we have ever stayed at - hands down. The owners were absolutely amazing and the place is gorgeous. Can't recommend enough - had everything and then some with amazing touches and class - too much to list. We stayed for 2 weeks and you have to experience it to know special this place is. 5 Stars is not enough for this place.

Outstanding Hospitality

Of all the rental properties I’ve stayed in and hosts I’ve communicated with, Linzi ranks at the top, by far. We messaged for months about what we should do when we were in St. Andrews. When we arrived, our plane was late but she greeted at 1:00 am, anyway. Then, after 3 days of our luggage not arriving, she allowed us to stay. As for the apartment, it’s beautifully decorated, clean and well-appointed. It’s also a very close walk to town and golf. Four of us stayed and we all were grateful for the opportunities staying in this VRBO afforded us.

Fabulous in town St Andrews apartment

Linzi's two bedroom two bath apartment was even better than it looked online. Super spacious, clean, roomy and well appointed. We had everything we needed! Including a parking place!! And only a five minute walk to the center of St. Andrews. This is perfect for couples, families and golfers!! We already have plans to return. Linzi is quick to respond with any questions and suggestions. Can't wait to go back!

Memorable St Andrews stay

Linzi and Tim were perfect hosts. The house was beautiful and clean. The location was great, an easy walk to everywhere. It was a memorable trip and a very comfortable stay.

Fantastic weekend

Apartment was spotlessly clean beautifullly furnished. Beds were very comfortable Locaction was great only a few minutes walk from shops and bars. We ate in forgons on Saturday meal was great and there was an added bonus of a cailidh later in everything The personal touches from linzi and Tim were very much appreciated we will definitely return

Superb flat

This is a five-star property in an excellent central, but extremely quiet location in St Andrews. The flat is furnished extremely comfortably with everything you could need. The fixtures and fittings are also of a very high standard. Linzi was a great host responding quickly to enquiries and was there to welcome us on our arrival. It is two minutes walk from the South Street but in a quiet area with a dedicated off street parking space.

A fantastic apartment in St Andrew’s

We had a great stay in this wonderful apartment. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The apartment is very modern and clean. We would definitely stay here again. It is also very handy for walking into town. Thanks for having us!

Fabulous flat right in the heart of St Andrews with super Host

The apartment was new, fantastically appointed with every small detail attended to. The property was on a quiet location in the centre of St Andrews perfectly situated to be able to walk to various locations in St Andrews. The ever present gulls were not quite as noisy as in properties overlooking the shore. Our host and her husband were utterly amazing . Every single thing they did for us was by their own suggestion to make our trip better than perfect- I cannot thank Linzi enough for enriching my son’s golfing experience for the rest of his life.she was like a secret fairy godmother- we never met her but my son and husband spent a day in the company of her husband who was a charming Canadian who brought to life the word service. Thank you to Linzi and Tim. Fir everything and for renting the flat to us for a few days.we could not have had a better experience.

Sheer Brilliance

In some ways I would like not to say how good this is so that we could keep it for ourselves, but it is like a 5 Star hotel in a home. Brilliant location, great owners. Everything truly spot on.
