Enjoyable stay here. Great location, cosy, everything you would need for a stay away from home. It’s our second stay and would definitely return. Eric was prompt and easy to communicate with. Maybe wd40 the door hinges . But otherwise all was great.

Perfect location

We appreciated the location of the condo as it is walking distance from all restaurants at St-Andrews with easy parking in a quiet area. The view from the living room is beautiful.

Had a great week flat was very central and lots of coffee shops restaurants and other amenities around. Only downside was the price which was a bit excessive for the size of the flat.

Excellent location

Very modern flat in excellent location, easy 5 minute walk into town and 10 mins to golf course. Great floor to ceiling windows in living room provides wonderful views of the hills.

Fantastic property in a great location

This is a great property which has been finished to a very high standard and offers fantastic views from every room. Superb location in the heart of St Andrews and ideal for visiting either of the beaches or to use as a base for touring. We would highly recommend the property and can’t wait to visit again. Excellent apartment in great location

Very clean, comfortable and well equipped apartment in the heart of the town, a short walk to bars & restaurants. Added bonus of very convenient parking right outside the front door. Eric was very responsive and helpful with all enquiries and very easy to deal with. Highly recommend, will look to make use of again in the future.

Wonderful St. Andrews Flat for Golfers

Well located within a short walk to South, Market, and North Streets. The flat is well-appointed and has ample space for two couples. The second bedroom lavatory/shower is not en suite, and has twin beds. I suggest asking that the twin beds be joined if two couples are renting. Modern fixtures (plumbing, kitchen, etc.). This will be a first choice for future stays to St. Andrews.

Stunning St Andrews Apartment

A beautifully presented apartment near to St Andrews town centre and harbour area. On the second floor with a picture window & balcony with views towards Kinkell Braes. The two bedroom apartment is well appointed with en-suite shower/toilet and a family bathroom with electric shpwer-over-bath. Lounge/Kitchen/Dining area with all kitchen appliances and a BiG flat screen, wall mounted TV with Bose entertainment system. The communication with the owners is excellent, who provided all necessary information to make our stay enjoyable. We will definitely return to this luxurious gem in St Andrews. Xx

Short Break in St Andrews

We stayed at this apartment over an October weekend. A stunning property, well equipped and exceptionally clean and comfortable. It is central to everything in St Andrews and has the additional bonus of parking. Would definitely return and would certainly recommend a stay here.

Diese wunderschöne, helle und in jeder Hinsicht hochwertig ausgestattete Wohnung war für uns sofort ein Zuhause auf Zeit. In 3 Minuten in der Innenstadt, in 5 Minuten am Strand, ein herrlicher Blick über die Hügel, tolle Küche, komfortable Betten, Waschmaschine und Trockner... wir kommen sicher wieder!

Great flat in excellent location only 5 minute walk in the heart of St Andrews.

Excellent communication with Eric, dishwasher was not working on arrival but got sorted the next day. Would recommend this flat.
