Could be a beautiful apartment

This is a potentially great apartment on the bibrambla with decent IKEA furniture and big windows, but the owner obviously is absent in all ways. It was not clean throughout. We had to clean every kitchen drawer and wash all the dishes before we could use them. We were offered an 8 pm check in time when our train arrived at 2pm. The window stripping was falling off the otherwise beautiful but dirty floor to ceiling windows and we were offered super glue to fix it ourselves! There were empty boxes stashed behind doors and extra bedding etc stufffed Into every drawer. We asked for a second key and never received one. If the owner would clean the apartment and maintain it, it would be a great rental in Granada.

Hello Pauline, as the owner of the appartment we are in contact any time you need through this platform. I am sorry we couldn´t help you with your requests as you didn´t contact us during your stay. I am sorry there is no other copy of the keys, as it is not my desire that there is more than 1 set of keys for the tenants to use during their stay. I take into account the comments regarding the window stripping. Due to weather conditions, the may fall a little. We already repaired it again (wo do it from time to time). I am sorry Mabel couldn´t help you repairing it. Even if it fell a little, it allows to isolate the appartment perfectly. Regarding the drawers of the kitchen and dishes: It is the first complaint we have received in this regard, I will also be aware in case we receive similar comments. I was aware of your arrival time, Mabel told me she had compromises just that day so I allowed her to talk to you and find another time that could you suit well for you both, but the time of your checkin was respected an attended properly as I am aware. I am sorry that the change of dates you required regarding your stay in the appartment was not appreciated, and caused that I could not host another tenants. Thanks for your comments.

Bel appartement en plein centre tout en étant au calme

Très bon accueil. Bel appartement : living et chambre particulièrement agréables. Très bonne douche. Emplacement très central dans la zone piétonne tout en étant très calme. Idéal pour visiter la ville et manger en ville. Très bon contact avec le gérant. Appartement à recommander.
