Relax in style in this newly renovated townhome in the perfect Pensacola Beach location, convenient to the core business area, but far from the noise. Park in the private one-car garage, head up the stairs and let your worries melt away. You'll immediately be drawn to the spacious second floor balcony with stunning views of Little Sabine Bay. Enjoy your morning coffee here and watch for dolphins at play. It never gets old.

Once you pull yourself away from the view, take in the spacious living area, with comfortable furniture, tasteful decor, and a 50" Smart TV with cable. High-speed WiFi let's you stay connected so you can share photos and make your friends back home jealous.

The modern kitchen features granite counter tops, brand new stainless steel appliances and everything you'll need to prepare meals.

If there's a grill-master in your group, they'll be delighted to cook on The Big Green Egg, which is hands down the best charcoal grill, ever. We even provide the required lump charcoal and fire starters. You bring the meat and the mad grilling skills.

On the main floor you'll find a convenient half-bath and separate laundry area with front-load washer and dryer. Pause to enjoy the view of the Gulf as you make your way upstairs where you'll find the bedrooms and ever more stunning views.

The Gulf-facing second bedroom includes a queen bed, ample closet space and a private balcony with a view of the Gulf of Mexico. The adjacent full bath features modern design and a tub/shower combo.

The master bedroom is the star of the show, your own private oasis with a luxurious king bed, a large private balcony and the best views in the house. The spa-like master bath features a large walk-in shower and double vanities.

Once you settle in, get to exploring. Head out the front door and you'll find the stunning-white sand beaches and clear Gulf of Mexico waters just across the street. Nearby dune walk-overs make accessing the beach easy.

Head out the back door and you're on the shore of Little Sabine Bay. This is a favorite spot for paddle boarders and kayakers due to it's calm, shallow water. Be sure and try out one of these activities and you'll be hooked. There just something about being out on the water that's therapeutic.

The condo had everything we needed, and was very clean. It was a short walk to the beach just across the road. Loved sitting on the covered deck drinking coffee looking out over the bay. It's only a short drive to the Pensacola fishing pier also. Would definitely stay here again.

We're blessed to live in nearby Gulf Breeze and love living the coastal life. We dreamed about purchasing a vacation home on Pensacola Beach for years and have finally made that dream come true. Now, we're pleased to share this special property with you.

Why they chose this property

We chose to purchase this property for it's convenient location and the waterfront access to Little Sabine Bay. We're avid paddle boarders and wanted to be able to walk out the back door, hop on the boards and go. This property provided the ideal spot to do just that while also providing quick and easy access to the Gulf. It's amazing to paddle in the Gulf on calm, clear days.

What makes this property unique

With four balconies, all with great views, plus ground-level patio space, there's ample room to enjoy outdoor living. The garage opens on both sides, so pull your car into the front and walk right out the back to enjoy Little Sabine Bay. The layout is open an spacious for easy breezy living. The whole place has been renovated from top to bottom so everything is brand-new, beautiful and modern.
