Tristan 12B is an adorable corner condo on the twelfth floor of the lovely Tristan Towers. This adorable two-bedroom condo boasts amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico from both the master bedroom and the living room, as well as views of the Bay from the guest bedroom and the living room. Or see all the way to the end of the island from the corner of the wrap around balcony! All the amenities of home, with the feel of the islands, all just steps away from the water in two directions. Master bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite full bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and is adjacent to the second full bathroom. The living room has a sofa bed with queen size sleeper to accommodate 2 additional guests. This condo sleeps 6 comfortably.

Amazing views from all sides. We’ve been to Pensacola Beach several times and this was our favorite place that we have stayed. We will definitely be back.

This condo is nearly perfect! The location is excellent, amenities are nice and the view is unmatched! Easiest check in you will ever have. No problems in the condo at all. Only suggestion is to update the decor a bit and maybe provide new mattresses. Otherwise, such a wonderful place. We will definitely return!

Awesome Getaway

Beautiful property. We enjoyed our long weekend at this condo. The unit was well equiped, and very comfortable. We prepared several meals during our stay and found everything we needed in the kitchen. Property was quiet and well maintained, parking was easy, pool was beautiful, beach was as easy walk across the street. Bay was a perfect place to paddleboard or just float. We would definately rent this condo again. Also enjoyed a quick fly by of the Blue Angels as they returned home Sunday evening!

Amazing view!

We had a very nice stay! The inside is a little dated, but overall very well kept and exactly as the listing describes. There aren't any blinds in the main room which makes it a little bright when someone is sleeping on the pull out sofa and the other blinds in the bedrooms could be replaced, but otherwise a great place to stay!

Perfection

If you love water views, this is the perfect place to enjoy the view! The extended balcony not only looks out at the Gulf of Mexico, but it also gives you a great view of the Intercoastal. The condo was spotless, comfortable, and a real treat. We will be back!

Best views on Ft. Pickens Rd!

We have been coming to Pensacola Beach for many many years and stayed at a variety of places on both Via de Luna and Ft. Pickens Rd. This condo in Tristan Towers offers all the creature comforts and thanks to the L shaped balcony, the best gulf and bay views! It has quickly become our favorite location! We will definitely be back. Don’t forget to bring your binoculars!

The view is absolutely amazing! The condo itself needs a fresh coat of paint. Furniture is well worn. Could use a new mattress set in the MBR. Just needs updated & refreshed. Kitchen is great & adequately supplied of dishes & utensils. This is our 2nd stay and would probably stay again just because of the location & beautiful view.

We loved how much room we had in this condo to spread out and not be right on top of each other and have time to relax by ourselves. There was also plenty of sitting space in the living room for all three of us to be comfortable. The views of the island and beach were great. We will definitely consider coming back to stay here again.

Amazing views!

Beautiful views of the ocean and the bay. The condo could use a few updates, It is a great place to stay. Easy walk to the beach and bay. Property manager was easily contacted and responsive to questions and gave a great recommendation for a restaurant in downtown Pensacola.

The property was well set up and prepared for most things. The linens were nicely cleaned and set. There was some dirty pans that seemed to just get missed. The view is spectacular with good breeze. spacious area inside the condo to allow for rainy days or late night games.

Excellent views

The corner location was such a great place for excellent views of both the sound and gulf. TVs are a bit older and would be nice if they were smart tvs. Kitchen is VERY well stocked with cookware and dishes. Would be nice if a couple extra garbage bags were provided. Also, since we’re asked to wash sheets at departure, laundry soap should be provided. Definitely would rent again!

Fantastic!

Check in was easy. Property manager (Sherri..sorry if name is wrong) was fantastic. Very attentive! The condo is on the 12th floor overlooking the Gulf.. The view was spectacular . The condo had great vibes to it. Very relaxing and I’ll be back!
