The security deposit to be paid in cash at check in is € 200 per stay
to cover any damage and / or shortages, which will be returned at the end of the stay after checking the property.
Cleaning fee
The cleaning cost is € 110 per stay to be paid locally. The property is delivered clean and in order. The property is also equipped with accessories (tablecloths, tea towels, etc.) and consumables for cleaning. The customers are invited to the maximum respect of what they have delivered and will be responsible for any damage caused.
