Stunning home w Assoc pool, private hot tub. Walk to lake, restaurants,brewery

We are located in the heart of Union Pier and on the lake side of Red Arrow. (approximately 10 minute walk to the beach)

It is best described as a luxurious home with an emphasis on comfort as well.

The property features a main house and an additional coach house just steps from one another in our private gated courtyard.
The main house has 3 bedrooms (all main level) and each bedroom has its own private bath. Two bedrooms are queens and the primary is a king.

The den/tv room in the main has a sleeper sofa as well. (full)

The kitchen is open to the great room and dining area and a chefs dream in that it has a Wolf range and two full dishwashers. You can cook a special meal and still be with your loved ones! There is a gorgeous wood burning fireplace in the dining area and the great room alike.

There is an additional wet bar area that features an ice maker and wine refrigerator.

One of our favorite spots is the screened in porch just off of the dining room that has an additional table for 8, a large flat screened tv, and two sofas flanking yet another beautiful fireplace.

Stepping outside the porch is a STUNNING courtyard with a fireplace and stone hot tub that has a waterfall feature and a pergola overhead with twinkling lights that is truly just magical at night.


Just beyond the hot tub is the charming carriage house that has another 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms. (both queens....one is main level and the other is in the "basement" but the basement bedroom has almost floor to ceiling windows on two sides and is actually a favorite room of many)


There is another sofa bed in the main living area of the coach house.

The coach house also has a sink, refrigerator, and a Keurig to add to the comfort.


The neighborhood is very sweet and pretty small with just about 20 houses.
PLEASE READ>>>> the association pool is gorgeously landscaped and a special spot but we do have some restrictions...renter/guests may use the pool /poolhouse from Sunday night at 5pm-Friday at 2pm ONLY and 10 people from our home at any one time. Holidays are off limits entirely. We have an emphasis on being good neighbors and we hope that you will too. There are many private pools on our street and the pool is usually very peaceful.
The poolhouse has a bathroom and also a ping pong table.


There are a few walkable restaurants and we are also very close to the new bike trail as well as a very short 5 minute stroll to the farmers market on the weekends.

We do have 3 outside security cameras in the front of the property only.

THE HIGHLIGHT on the pool is inaccurately described by VRBO and Ive reached out many times for them to correct it..its autogenerated and out of my hands ...the pool is open seasonally ONLY and NOT year round. It is heated.
