Luxury Villa Laura - nouvelle piscine à débordement, relax et intimité

La Villa Laura à Alghero est le lieu idéal pour passer des vacances reposantes et divertissantes en famille ou entre amis. Récemment rénové, ça sent toujours neuf.

La villa est louée pour un usage exclusif, afin que nos clients aient toute la propriété à leur disposition.

Internet WiFi illimité avec une couverture jusqu'au bord de la piscine.

Barbecue. Douche extérieure. Parking intérieur.

Une villa indépendante, à l'usage exclusif de nos hôtes, où luxe et bien-être sont les maîtres mots.

À l'extérieur, les oliviers alternent avec les agrumes. La grande véranda donne sur la piscine.

Dans les environs de la Villa, il y a une réserve naturelle de l'autorité forestière de Sardaigne, riche en végétation méditerranéenne typique avec des paysages à couper le souffle, parfaite pour des excursions à pied ou à vélo.

La Villa Laura est immergée dans la verdure et le calme de la campagne sarde: elle est à seulement 10 minutes du centre-ville et en quelques minutes, vous pouvez rejoindre les endroits les plus intéressants du nord de la Sardaigne, les plages cristallines de la Riviera del Corallo et les restaurants locaux d'Alghero et des pays voisins.

La villa est sur deux étages:

Étage supérieur

La maison de vacances se compose de deux niveaux reliés entre eux par un escalier intérieur en marbre précieux. A l'étage il y a un grand salon lumineux avec cuisine équipée de tous les appareils, la zone nuit se compose de deux chambres dont une avec une terrasse à usage exclusif, donnant sur la piscine et une salle de bain équipée de tout confort. Salle de bain avec douche à l'étage.

En bas

Un escalier lumineux mène à l'étage inférieur où se trouve un grand salon très lumineux et qui mène aux trois chambres et à une autre grande salle de bain également équipée de tout confort.

L'extérieur est étudié en détail. La grande pelouse anglaise entoure toute la villa où se trouve le maquis méditerranéen et la grande piscine (infini 12m x 6m hauteur minimum 110 cm hauteur maximum 230 cm) avec mobilier de jardin tel que: transats, parasols, chaises et tables. L'ombre est également fournie par les arbres qui entourent la pelouse et par les parasols.

A l'arrivée, le règlement de la taxe de séjour et du dépôt de garantie de 400 € vous sera demandé Le dépôt de garantie vous sera remboursé au moment du départ à condition que la maison n'ait pas été endommagée et soit restituée en ordre.

The villa was superb and perfect for a family of 10 adults. The pool was amazing, we had so much fun there. The house is extremely well equipped with everything you would need. The whole stay was made seamless by our host Damiano. He was so helpful & available. He sent us loads of In formation about restaurants, excursions etc. we were sorry to leave.

Special villa in a wonderful setting

This is a great villa. Stunning design inside and out in a quiet area about 10mins drive to town. The pool is huge and set amongst lovely gardens. Lots of space for a large group or family yet with some quiet areas too. The host is great, easy to deal with and very helpful.

relaxing holiday

We had a wonderful stay at Damiano's home. The house is lovely and the grounds is amazing! It was a struggle to encourage the children to leave the pool so we could get out and explore beautiful Sardinia. As we knew we would be arriving in Sardinia rather late, we arranged with Maria to provide a meal for us the evening of our arrival. The chef greeted us warmly and had the most delicious meal prepared for us. We were so happy we made this arrangement - a fabulous start to our stay. Damiano was very generous in sharing information about the area prior to our stay. Recommendations for beaches, restaurants, shopping, boating and market schedules all proved invaluable. Thanks again.

Excellent villa with stunning pool

Lovely gated villa in great location. Simple check in with Damiano. Enjoyed a lovely week in the sun. Very private secure villa. Would benefit from air conditioning throughout as only had it in the lounge. Very picky but would recommend the addition of a few more mirrors throughout the villa as 5 bedrooms and only a mirror in each bathroom. Also the showers are quite tight and there is nowhere in them to put shampoo/soap etc. However the outside space which is what is the most important aspect is fantastic. The pool is fabulous, very large and very clean with a shower and lots of seating and shaded areas. On the second day of our holiday our hire car suffered a puncture and we had to abandon the car at the side of the road and Damiano was incredibly helpful and came out to us.. unlike the car hire company!! Would definitely recommend the villa to anyone looking to spend lazy days in the sun.

A truly perfect place to stay

Villa Laura exceeded our expectations on all levels. The villa is located in the countryside with amazing views of forest clad mountains and yet within a 10 minute drive to the centre of Alghero with an abundance of shops and restaurants. A 7 minute drive takes you to a very good supermarket where you can buy everything you need. The villa itself is spotlessly clean with lots of extras provided to make a very comfortable stay. The outside area is truly beautiful with extensive grounds very well maintained and the best private swimming pool we have ever had. There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor which are really cool due to their location with a lovely bathroom and very large living area. The main part of the villa is on the first floor where the kitchen and another living room leads to a beautiful wrap around terrace for outside dining and where you can sit and appreciate the scenery and wonderful views. There are another two bedrooms and a bathroom on this floor. Damiano is a very good host. He met us at the villa to explain how everything works and provided us with lots of very good suggestions and recommendations to make our stay in Sardinia perfect. We had the most wonderful stay and cannot wait to return.

Wonderful Week in Alghero

My family of five stayed at Damiano's place this summer for one week. The house is wonderful -- the pictures do not capture how lovely it is. We loved exploring Alghero and its surroundings, but also spent a couple of days simply enjoying being at the property. There are many nice touches to the house that made our stay more special. Screens! Many European houses do not have screens on the windows, but this house does. It was wonderful to sleep with the breezes flowing without worrying about mosquitoes. The kitchen was equipped with olive oil, some canned goods, pasta, and coffee to get us started on our vacation. Very appreciated! The grounds are huge and well manicured; the kids enjoyed playing soccer on the grass. The pool was beautiful and well-maintained, with plenty of towels and lounging spaces around it. Damiano was always available if we needed any anything and offered us lots of great information and hints about the area. This was one of the best houses we have stayed at! We wished we could have stayed longer. Thank you, Damiano, for everything!

Des vacances au top !

Nous avons loué cette maison pour 1 semaine, nous étions 9. On a passé de super moments dans cette maison. Au-delà d'être conforme aux photos et aux indications, les propriétaires sont très gentils et serviables ! Ils nous ont recommandé un restaurant à côté qui était très bon. Bonne localisation, proche de la ville mais avec le calme de la campagne. Un gros gros plus pour la piscine qui est vraiment très grande. Merci encore, on reviendra c'est sûr !

Propriétaires très gentils

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans la maison en août. Les propriétaires et surtout Damiano est très serviable et très accueillant, la maison était très propre à notre arrivée, piscine extra, et jardin avec verger hyper appréciable ! Toutefois quelques bémols, nous avons trouvé la maison assez mal conçue. En effet, l'étage au sous-sol est grand mais manque de lumière, et le salon qui peut servir de 5ème chambre n'est pas tellement pratique, la cuisine est vraiment trop petite pour 12 personnes, et le système pour l'éclairage étant en Italien et un peu compliqué, pas évident. Nous avons cela dit passé d'excellentes vacances...

Tolle Villa wie im Inserat beschrieben

Die Villa war in allen Aspekten wirklich toll und wie auf den Fotos dargestellt. Das Haus und Grundstück sind sehr grossflächig, gepflegt, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Auch bei kurfristigen und weniger wichtigen Anfragen wurde innerhalb von wenigen Minuten geantwortet. Für einen schönen Familienurlaub zu empfehlen.

Family Holiday Bliss

Well lets just say... we are already planning our trip back for next year! This dream property is in the perfect location- literally feels like you are the only people for miles but the supermarket and lovely town are just 5 mins down the road. Summer 2020

We have just returned home after a wonderful holiday spent at this villa. The villa is in a secluded location with a private electric gated entrance. Immaculately clean, spacious and well equipped. The owners of the villa are very nice and all ways on hand should we need anything or had any questions. The pool is amazing and is kept very clean. Having been to the south of Sardinia previously and to Olbia many years ago, it was nice to see a different part of this amazing island We will have no hesitation in booking this villa again and look forward to retuning to the Sardinia to further explore this amazing island.

Peaceful and quiet. Great place to relax

This property in Sardinia is perfect for a family getaway and we had a fantastic time with our 1.5 year old little girl, two more couple and and 3 grow up children. We enjoyed every minute of our stay! Comfortable interior, beautiful terrace and great large swimming pool and covered shadow veranda. Damiano is a great host who provides all needed information and recommendations. The property is in a beautiful location surrounded by olive trees etc and is very close to the town of Alghero and various other sights in Sardinia (Bosa - Stintino - Castelsardo). The property was perfectly presented, super clean and fantastically well equipped. It has lots of outdoor seating space for breakfasts/lunches/dinners and of course a fantastic pool! Cannot recommend highly enough!

Une très belle maison spacieuse, propre et super bien agencer! Quartier calme à 10 minutes de la mer

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine avec la famille et les amis! Nous étions 12 personnes et nous ne nous sommes pas senti serrés. Tout était à notre disposion pour s'amuser et passer du bon temps (piscine, barbecue, belle et grande terrasse, transat avec parasol etc.). Tout se trouvait à proximité de la maison ( 5/10 minutes en voiture) comme par exemple les supermachés, les restaurants, les bars ou encore la mer. Pour terminer les propriétaires nous on réserver un accueil très chaleureux. Nous n'hésiterions pas à y retourner si nous en avons l'opportunité.

An extremely clean, spacious, well equipped villa set in attractive secluded grounds.

We have just returned home after a wonderful holiday spent at this villa. The villa is in a very good location, peaceful and secluded with a private electric gated entrance. Immaculately clean, spacious and well equipped. The owner of the villa and his son were very helpful and we often used “WhatsApp” to communicate about local restaurants and super markets etc. The pool is massive and cleaned on a very regular basis by the owner’s son. There is very good water pressure in the showers and no shortage of hot water. The grounds are very well kept with pretty trees plants and bushes. We have stayed in many villas in different countries and found this one to be the best so far. We will have no hesitation in booking this villa again.

Absolutely wonderful

This is a great huge Sardinian Villa, with lots of space. The setting of the house is wonderful, surrounded with beautiful garden, great pool and quiet, beautiful countryside. It' spacious and comfortable with all the amenities. The beds are great, and we slept so well! The owners are wonderful, very friendly and helpful. It's easy to cook your meals in the kitchen and eat all together in the beautiful veranda facing the swimming pool. But if you want to eat out, just ask Maria for advice. There are very nice local restaurants nearby. And Alghero town is only 7 minutes drive from the villa. The open concept on the main floor makes for the perfect sharing space. Everyone is together but it's large enough for each to have their own space or be together to watch the World Cup on t.v. So many places to escape for peace and quiet to read or nap. The pool is lovely and overlooks the Italian countryside. The owners went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable.
