Villa Barranch is located on the slopes of a hill, overlooking the valley that gently slopes toward the sea from which there is an unparalleled view of the Gulf of the Coral Riviera.
The Villa is surrounded by a garden of 8000 meters, with palm trees and Mediterranean scrub trees, large green and shady spaces.

Villa Barranch is distributed on 2 levels and consists of large living area with sofa, armchairs and dining table and covered veranda, three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The villa is arranged on two floors connected by a convenient internal staircase.

On the first floor is the large air-conditioned living room with sea view, double bedroom, bathroom with shower, washing machine, kitchen with dishwasher, large covered verandas furnished with tables and chairs for outdoor dining.
On the lower floor are the other two bedrooms with Air Conditioning and an additional bathroom with shower.

The spacious outdoor areas where the pool, covered veranda and large courtyard are located allow you to relax and enjoy views of unparalleled beauty. The large sea-view terrace and infinity pool, invite you to relax in the shade of the large covered verandas, while during the evening you will admire the sunsets on the horizon while sipping cool Sardinian wine under the canopy of stars.
The large swimming pool with crystal clear water for completely exclusive use measures 10x5m with a depth of 140cm.
The Villa can accommodate families and groups of friends up to a maximum of 6 adults and 1 child.

The villa is surrounded by nature, behind the villa you can see the mountains while in front your gaze sweeps freely to the sea of the Coral Riviera up to the promontory of Capocaccia and is only a few kilometers from Alghero and a couple of kilometers from the beautiful beach of Speranza.

The villa also includes a shaded parking lot, gazebo with shaded barbecue area furnished with table and chairs, and a second barbecue near the pool.

We allow guests maximum freedom and discretion but are always available should they need us.

The area is very calm, you can hear the sound of the sea, and the view is beautiful.

La Speranza beach is about 3km from the villa, while Alghero is also about 3km away, and in Alghero you can experience the vibrant nightlife, shopping, boat trips, sea running, and, of course, the wonderful family-friendly beach, Lido di San Giovanni and the magnificent sand dune beach of Pineta di Maria Pia.

A car is required for excursions to discover Sardinia.
