The sunsets you will encounter here, from 505, will be breathtaking and amazing! The balcony has almost 300 square feet of space for you and your family to be able to relax and enjoy your evenings together.  The large balcony is open to the south and west, so the views never stop!  Nightly sunsets are yours for the taking!

You are right on the beach! This spacious, open plan two bedroom, two bath condo has almost 1600 square feet for your vacationing pleasure.  The condo has tile throughout and will easily accommodate up to 8 guests. The large dining room table has seating for 6 with 3 extra bar stools at the kitchen bar for that family meal in the evening and the open living room has plenty of seating for the entire family to enjoy without being crowded!  There are a sleeper sofa and loveseat in the living room, as well as 1 comfy recliner just waiting for you.  The large kitchen is ready for the gourmet chef with everything you'll need to whip up that special dish.  There is also a separate laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer and a separate laundry sink.  And don't forget about the wet bar with its own mini fridge to keep your beverages nice and cold.

This unit boasts a large flat screen 65-inch Smart TV in the living room and DVD players in every room.  Check out the bed and TV sizes in our amenities section!  All the beds have been updated with new linens, and the unit is bright and clean. 

Bring your beach towels, sunscreen and shades with you when you come!  And then just sit back and let the memories begin!

This rental comes with two FREE Beach Chairs with Umbrella from March 1 - October 31.

We were incredibly happy with our choice to book this condo for our family vacation. The management company called before our stay to go over the check in. She was so friendly and also make it clear that they would be on call our entire trip if we needed anything. -We didn’t need anything but it was nice to know that we were able to contact them so easily. I can’t say enough about the location of the condo! It’s located away from the busy party area but there was still plenty to do within a couple minutes driving distance. With it being a smaller condo, it made for more room to enjoy the beach without everyone being right next to each other. We went to the pool two nights and had the pool completely to ourselves both times! We were so happy that I’m already looking into our trip for next summer!

Great condo

We had a 5 star plus experience at Princess 505. As soon as you entered it smelled so clean and fresh. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, a large laundry room and washer/dryer worked great.The livingroom was very nice with a huge 65 " tv, the master and guest bedrooms had great tv's and comfortable beds plus the rooms are large and so are the bathrooms. The unit is close to the elevator and on the end so very quiet. The balcony was large and had a nice table and chairs for dining and clean patio furniture. We loved staying at the quiet end of the beach. Nice to see the dolphins too. Our hosts, Donna and Jennifer were the best. Stayed in communication the entire time PLUS left us some nice freebies to enjoy like tickets to Sea Screamer, golf, spa, and pizza. We will definite book again!

As expected

This was our second stay at this very property. We had very much enjoyed our first stay so booked this without looking further. The property is perfect and the location on the beach cannot be surpassed. It is one of the most spectacular beaches we have ever been to. The only improvement I can think of would be to include some very basic items such as salt and pepper, coffee filters, aluminum foil, and beach towels. Other than that the condo is very well equipped and extremely clean.

Amazing Family Vacation

The condo was beautiful and very spacious! It had everything we needed and we would definitely love to rent this condo again!! There was a large deck with a amazing view! No wait for elevator which has been a problem for us when staying in larger facility!! Loved the Princess!!!

Okay, some updates needed, building maintenance poor

The overall stay was okay. For a condo this size the master shower was pretty small. There were two towels per person, not much for a whole week. The blinds above the tub need to be replaced as does the master mattress. The patio furniture was pretty worn. There was leftover food in the cabinet above the bar we had to throw out. The building maintenance was not great, there was vomit in the lobby that sat for hours. Tons of kids unsupervised and no one around to address. The best part was the beach chairs. It was a nice week but we won’t stay here again mainly due to the building situation. Parking is also an issue, overcrowded most of the time.

Beautiful property!!

The check in process / communication with the management company was timely and informative and exceeded my expectations. The condo was impeccably clean. It is an end unit, which is phenomenal because there is no access to the condo from the “outside hallway” / foot traffic aside from the entry door to the condo. The views are breathtaking, and the elevators are super fast. The condo itself is not overcrowded. I could not recommend this property more and look forward to staying here again!

First time at PCB - Loved It

The Ladies at VIP made the rental process smooth. During our 5 week trip, we stayed at two other beach condos and VIP handled the rental much better than the other two. Being our first time at PCB we didn’t know what to expect. We found the water and the beach exceeded our expectations. The two bedroom unit we rented was spacious and laid out well. It was clean and quite comfortable The building had what appeared to be a full time maintenance man who kept the facility in good condition. When we plan a return trip, we wouldn’t hesitate to rebook here or for that matter, recommend both VIP and the unit.

Great location to 'get-away'

Overall the stay and property were awesome! The condo was very clean, large and from the craziness of PCB. On the 5th floor, you could clearly hear the waves crashing,. I try to give a positive and negative for every review. For this stay the only negative was probably the lack of 'beach' type stuff (beach towels, floats, etc). That really is the only complaint. It was a A rated stay in our opinion. Would stay here again!
