Amazing property and condo

En Soleil is the only place we stay in PCB. Beautiful property with absolutely no crowds. The pool and elevators are NEVER crowded. The employees and guests are super nice and friendly. Our room was gorgeous, clean and well equipped. I highly recommend staying here. Wouldn't stay anywhere else!!

We had a wonderful time on our vacation in your condo. The condo was very clean and just as described. The facilities were also great - always easy to find a chair at the huge pool and very easy access to the beach. Great communication throughout our stay. Thanks so much - Highly recommended.

Simply awesome!

The place was beautiful! Decor was up to date and on point. Pat was a great communicator before and during our stay. Bed was super comfortable but more important the place was immaculate! Pots, pans, glasses, etc. were super clean...we will be back!

We love ensoleil, as this was our fourth time staying for a month (Twice in this unit)Although,The price is getting substantially greater and is becoming no longer reasonable for off season Also, the locked main bedroon closet presents a big issue when you stay for a month as well as most units are stocked with more basic essentials-like a crockpot to cook in so you dont have to spend your time in the kitchen cooking …you can be on the beach!Also, the cleaning definitely needs to improve-as every time we have to clean several areas before we can start to enjoy our stay.We really wish that someone would address these issues as we have been repeat customers

Fees and pool

Reason I chose this property was the large pool. It was closed every day we were there. Also, my total bill included 47% fees/taxes. Thats outrageous

Gorgeous Property, Poor Management

This is a gorgeous property, and the least crowded beach at PCB for that time period. But the management company was terrible. They were rude and when we got there at check-in time, the room was still not clean. We had to wait an extra hour and a half for our room to be cleaned while we sat with our bags in a corner out of the way. We also had to request washcloths and hand towels because there were none in the unit, and they were rude about that as well. It's a beautiful place - but find a management company with decent customer service.

Overall, everything was good. I have to say, though, the A/C energy savings settings - turning off when no movement is detected - was very irritating. We would come in and the unit was too warm & uncomfortable. It took quite a while to cool it down again.

Need extra bath towels

The property was great however we had 7 people staying and only had 6 towels I contacted housekeeping and they said they left towels based on the number of bathrooms not the maximum number of people allowed in the unit they promised to bring us another package of towels but they never showed I ended up buying towels and bath cloths for our stay. I would recommend being extra linens since this same problem has happened in the last several units we have rented through Vrbo

Construction

We woke up to hammer drills every day of the trip. The neighbor must have been hammering out tile. Having teenagers that like to sleep in, this was a major bummer. We do construction for our work, so to be on vaca and need ear protection in your own room was not fun!! I called to get moved and noone ever returned my calls and at the end when I wanted a discount they wouldn't talk to me about it in person only thru email. The place was wonderful. We loved everything about it except the early morning hammer drill :o)

Thank you for the feedback, Kim. We are glad to hear you loved everything about the condo itself, and we're sorry for any distractions caused by work being done at a neighboring unit. Because each unit is individually owned, we aren't notified about private owners' renovation plans. We issued a partial refund for the inconvenience, and we hope you'll consider giving us a chance to earn your trust in the future.

Beautiful and relaxing!

This place was very nice, we thoroughly enjoyed our 2 1/2 week stay. It was clean upon arrival and had all the basic amenities. Beds were comfortable and we loved the extra bunk bed. Wonderful view and very easy access to pools and beach. We had trouble connecting to the internet but the owner was very quick to respond and help us. We would definitely stay here again! A couple things that were annoying, but not bad….the second bedroom needs real curtains. My kids slept in there and it was so bright every morning. The fan in the bathrooms, and also the elevator were VERY loud. Sounded like an airplane taking off. The kitchen utensils for cooking were a little sparse. The closet in the master bedroom was locked, they provided a small hanging bar in the bedroom but it was quite annoying. The patio furniture needed cleaning. We ate out there once but everything was dirty and needed a good wiping down. None of those things would keep us from renting again, more just our preferences I guess.
