We are a young family of five who where looking for our own little piece of sunshine that we could get away to easily and be able create memories for years to come with our family and friends.
Since purchasing the property we have totally fallen for the island of Menorca with all her history, amazing food, beautiful bays and welcoming residents - we can't wait to spend much more time here, explore the whole island and experience all that it has to offer.

After travelling all over the island we knew that Binibeca was were we wanted to be, it is such an amazing family friendly location with gorgeous white sandy beach whilst being close to the airport and the capital Mahon.
As soon as we walked through the entrance gate to the property we knew this villa was "the one". It had the covered terrace that led on to the large sun terrace, amazing pool, gorgeous garden and then a lovely view onto olive trees and a distant glimpse of the sea whilst not being overlooked.
The villa is in a quiet location but is only a short stroll down to the beach, bars and some fantastic restaurants.
Once inside we saw the potential of the open plan living space whilst having enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate the whole family.
