Hermosos alojamientos en esta cabaña junto a la playa! El condominio tiene un nuevo sofá cama de cuero con un colchón de espuma de memoria de 5 pulgadas de lujo. ¡La cama de matrimonio acaba de recibir un nuevo colchón Queen de Cancún para las cómodas noches de sueño! La sala de estar tiene un televisor de 42 pulgadas para instalarse y ver una película después de un largo día en la playa. El área de la cocina está bien equipada para cocinar una pequeña comida con un área de comedor que tiene capacidad para cuatro personas. La nueva piscina cubierta climatizada es un gran éxito para esos días lluviosos o para nadar hasta altas horas de la noche. Es muy agradable tener tantas comodidades para elegir, desde el gimnasio, la sauna, el jacuzzi, el tenis, las herraduras, el baloncesto y el tejo, todo incluido en su estadía. El amanecer y las puestas de sol son increíbles, ya que la ubicación del condominio se encuentra justo en la playa.

Si te gusta el golf, estamos al lado del campo de golf Kiva Dunes. También tienen un encantador restaurante que da al campo. Hay un Day Spa 1. 5 millas de distancia, en caso de que necesite un Mani / Pedi o un masaje relajante. Varios buenos lugares para cenar o tener una pizza entregada.

Perfect little beach getaway

Cute condo absolutely perfect for just a couple people, the view was amazing and the complex offered many amenities to fill our time! Most definitely would stay here again given the opportunity! :)

Just right for two

Quaint and cute condo in a quieter area. We were about 30 minutes from all the activity of Orange Beach but the payoff was the beach seemed far less crowded. I’d stay here again for sure.

Great stay right on the beach

The location is amazing! The balcony is small but you can't beat that view. Room was clean and well equipped. Perfect size studio for solo or couple. The Sassy Bass restaurant downstairs is so convenient! I would definitely stay here again.

What a gem this place was!

We had such an amazing stay here! The place is clean and decorated adorably. The location and views were my favorite part! It was a nice change to be on the island peninsula where it was more quaint and beautiful water. The downstairs restaurant is great food. Jayne was easy to get in touch with and helpful!

Jayne is awesome!

We are recent empty nesters and this was our very first vacation without our kids. The condo was perfect! Beautiful and Jayne was wonderful to work with. This will definitely be our regular spot. Quiet with everything we could need. Walk right out to the beach! We loved it

Beyond Expectations!

Just spent the best 5 days at the beach ever in this charming condo. No comfort was overlooked and the owner's decorating style makes everything SO cozy and homey. It was a first-ever girls trip, but it won't be the last! We're already talking about the next one AND also making separate trips with our husbands. Jayne is wonderful and responsive. Can't say enough good things about this experience! The restaurant downstairs is handy and tasty for those days you just want to be lazy and not even leave the property. You can't go wrong with this property!

AMAZING Vacation!

This property far exceeded all of my expectations! The apartment is extremely clean, it has all the amenities you could possibly want while staying away from home, and the location is perfect! It is literally steps away from the beach, pool, and there is a restaurant located on the first floor with delicious food and drinks! I just cannot emphasize how fantastic this apartment is and how much we enjoyed our stay. The balcony is perfect for drinking coffee while enjoying a beautiful beach view. Not only is the property amazing, the same applies to the owner. Unfortunately during our stay we experienced some bad weather, and as a result, had to stay inside all day. The owner took it upon herself to contact me and offered for us to stay an additional night knowing that we had missed a day of our vacation because of the bad weather. She is absolutely amazing and I recommend you book with her if you want a vacation you and your family will never forget! We will definitely be returning for future getaways!!

Be cautious

My husband and I have stayed in many "studio" sized condos up and down the Florida and Alabama coast and always spend the same amount of $ booking each place.... This was by far the WORST!! The place was tiny and by tiny I mean Like bedroom size with a kitchen smashed in the middle. ( I will give credit that the kitchen was well stocked) We arrived an hour after check in time to find our room dirty!! There were what appeared to be chocolate chips or peppercorns all on the smelly blue carpet that covers half of the condo. The balcony is much smaller than it appears in pictures and is only large enough for two chairs and no real table. The balcony was also dirty with what I think were cigar wrappers littered around and a empty bottle. The furniture was covered in human hair. We notified lady fish rentals immediately and that sent someone to clean . After the "cleaning" we returned to the room to find that the floor had been cleaned and our blankets were simply removed from our bed leaving only the sheets on the bed!!! The bedding was not returned. We did find a quilt in the closet but I found the removal of the blankets from the only bed in the place without replacing them for a huge price.... a tad ridiculous. Later that night when we came in for showers we had the lovely discovery of black pubic hair stuck all over the wall around the shower head. . we were offered a total refund if we checked out immediately but after calling around there were no vacancies in gulf shores area and had driven 5+ hours to get here so we had no choice but to suck it up and stay. We were given 150$ refund because of how dissatisfied we were but what is 150$ out of the total amount paid? We were lucky enough to have friends in town that we stayed with during the day and only returned to sleep at night. (The bed is also uncomfortable) Be cautious when booking this place because it definitely put a huge hitch In our only vacation time that we have. The grounds of the property appear updated and well kept but the hall ways of the place we stayed were filthy with trash and sand and seemed to not be cleaned the entire one week we were there. The place smells of mold and maybe urine?? Oh and also in the room. Don't open the blinds if you have allergies!! It sends a flash of dust into the air. (I don't clean my blinds at home often but this had to be months of dust!!!) If you choose to stay here I hope this review at least give them motivation to clean this place up!

Perfect get away

This was the perfect get away for me & my husband on our mini honeymoon. Everything was just as described on the listing. Great view from the balcony & short walk to the beach. The owner Jayne was great with communicating with us, I highly recommend this place it’s perfect for 2 people.
