Bayfront Vacation Home!

Beautiful waterfront vacation home with gorgeous views of Mobile Bay in the Fort Morgan area. Enjoy magnificent sunsets from the deck and fishing from the pier. There are 3 bedrooms (one on main floor and two upstairs) and 2 full baths in this home which comfortably sleeps 6. Well equipped kitchen to prepare meals with open gathering space with plenty of seating. Enjoy the privacy of Ft Morgan but still close enough to enjoy all of the shopping, restaurants, and entertainment that Gulf Shores has to offer. Close to public boat launches and a historical Civil War Fort to explore along with other historical sites. This home is close to restaurants/shops at The Beach Club and other popular restaurants such as Tacky Jacks II, The Sassy Bass, Sassy Bass Island Grill, Kiva Grill, etc.
Fort Morgan Marina is only 6.9 miles away where you can choose from charter fishing, sightseeing cruises, or watercraft rentals.
Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge is 4 miles away where visitors can enjoy the beach on the Gulf of Mexico, walk nature trails, and observe birds and wildlife.
If you enjoy golf - Kiva Dunes Resort and Golf is less than a mile away and The Peninsula Golf and Racquet Club is 7 miles away.
The "tourist area" of Gulf Shores is 13 miles to the east where you will find all of the typical beach town experiences such as mini golf, go kart track, restaurants, ice cream shops, souvenir shops, festivals, etc. Other area attractions within day driving distance include Waterville USA, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, The Park at OWA, The Wharf and shopping at Foley Tanger Outlets.

* Free guest parking - space for 3-4 vehicles on site.
* Amenities include free WiFi, smart tv's, and equipped kitchen, outdoor deck, private pier.
* Linens come furnished, but please bring your own beach towels.
* Guests receive a “single starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo and soap per bathroom.

We had a great time. The hosts were responsive and helpful. Sitting on the deck overlooking the water was so relaxing. Lots of restaurants close that are dog friendly.

We loved this house!! Our family of four (two young-ish) kids and our dog visited for 5 days and it was a perfect fit for us. The space was cozy, clean and everything functioned as it should. The beds were comfy, kitchen was well stocked, and we loved having the ceiling fans everywhere! We enjoyed spending time on the dock searching the waters for jellyfish, hermit crabs and fish. We come to Fort Morgan often but have never stayed on the bay side before. This was a nice change of pace, different views and Bon Secour entry points were a close enough drive that we didn’t miss a thing. Thank you for opening your home to us! It was a treat!

This is a great location right on the bay. I would recommend overall. We caught a couple redfish and enjoyed the view from the deck. We enjoyed meals on the large dining table. You have everything you need here for an enjoyable stay. While there are a few things (icemaker, higher quality sheets, furniture repairs) that would spruce the place up, this is a good value for your dollar and a really enjoyable spot. Jessi's on the Bay is nearby and a delicious dinner spot (for a higher end night out)! The walk to the lovely, nearby beach isn't super quick, but getting someone to drop you off with stuff and then parking back at the house (and the one doing the drop off walking without hauling stuff) works great.

Amenities were basically non existent. No coffee, no tea, no sugar, sweetner, creamer. Motel size bar soap, etc. We have been better accomodated at a one night motel stay for half the nightly cost.Better maintenance. No outside lighting over the extensivesteps to the entrance door or back deck.

Our week here was very relaxing! Being steps away from the bay/water was wonderful & being able to fish from the dock was fantastic. We loved seeing dolphins playing every day & the herons that frequent the area. Being able to watch the sunrises & sunsets from the property was amazing. Being able to sit on the deck or downstairs patio & enjoy the view all day is our favorite thing about the property. (Our only disappointment was the mold that we saw on all of the A/C vents.)

Great Stay

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and comfortable. It was quiet and relaxing. Would have loved it if there was a ladder off the dock to get in the water. Would stay here again!

Great place to stay!

We loved this house! It was great! Our 16 year old and my husband caught so many fish off of the pier at all hours of the day. I loved the décor in the house! It was a short drive to the beach and everything you could need is within a ten minute drive. Great place!!!!

Cute spot on the water

We had a very nice and peaceful stay. Lots of room and perfect for a small family. Very close to Fort Morgan Beach. Only negative was the tv in the living room but not that big of a deal because we were there for the view. Easy check in and no problems at all. Would definitely stay there again.
