The farmhouse is surrounded by 3000 sq. m. of fenced garden, mostly lawn with trees and bushes, perfect for spending time outdoors with a stonework barbecue and wood burning oven for pizza. A furnished gazebo with tables, chairs and two beach umbrellas is in front of the house and is ideal for outdoor meals. The infinity edge rectangular swimming pool, completely fenced for children's safety, measures 10 x 5m with a depth of 1.5 m. It is in a bright position in front of the villa and has an outdoor shower, beach umbrellas, sunbeds, and tables for appetizers at sunset. Parking at the property.Interior

The entrance leads into the large living room and dining room.
This very bright room has three large sofas, a wood stove, satellite TV, and a large table with chairs.
The kitchen, which is in the adjacent room is fully equipped with utensils.
On the same floor there is a laundry with wash machine, iron, and iron board.
On the ground floor there are also 3 double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a bathroom with shower for disabled.
An internal staircase leads to the upper floor which includes a bedroom with 2 single beds and 2 bathrooms with shower.

Casale Pavone is in a quiet area, in the countryside close to Volterra, an area which the Etruscans dominated for centuries, leaving behind works we can still admire today.

The property has Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all the bedrooms and in the living room, wood heating, pellet heating, high chair, baby bed and parking within the property.

The price includes bathroom, bedroom, and kitchen linen (changed weekly), swimming towels, water, and gas consumption (but not heating to be paid charged accordingly to consumption), electricity up to 200 kW/h (extra will be charged accordingly to consumption), internet, baby bed and highchair.
On request and with extra charge: We can organize a cooking class, dinners, domestic help and we can provide firewood.

Important information
Swimming pool available from May 6th to October 30th (from 8:00am to 08:00pm).
A small size pet is allowed upon payment of a fee of € 90,00/week.

Volterra is a stunning hamlet dating back to Etruscan times, just a 10 minute drive from the villa.
The town is famous for its alabaster works and is home to the Roman Theatre, as well as towers and medieval buildings. Other famous towns are also nearby, such as San Gimignano, Siena, Florence, Lucca, Pisa.
The Etruscan coast with its beautiful beaches is just over an hour's drive away. The “Teatro del Silenzio”, where Maestro Bocelli organizes a famous concert in summer, is only 12 kilometres far.
