Modern luxury villa Mandarino 19 in the best golf resort Las Colinas

Luxurious villa, with long swimming pool (13.5 m), standard heated from 15 May till end september, very nice Mediterranean garden and large terraces. garage below the villa plus private parking space in front of the villa. From the terraces you have an amazing view of the hills around, with plantations and forest. From the roof terrace you can see the sea, which is only a 15 minute drive away. The villa is inside the Golf resort, las Colinas www. lascolinas wave. com (voted best golf in Spain) and with all possibilities for tennis / Paddel / basket / hiking / biking etc inside the resort. The street is a private street with closed entry. Also the very nice club with restaurant and bar is available inside the resort itself. Las Colinas has a beach club near the seaside.
In the surroundings there are all needed facilities for a perfect holiday, such as many nice restaurants with very good prices. several beaches, all worthwhile discovering.
Perfect for a quiet holiday at the villa and only few minutes away from all possible action you would like to have.
The house has 3 bedrooms with double quality beds and built in closets. 2 bathrooms white rain showers. There are 3 toilets in the house. the villa has huge windows which can open all the way. A very nice open kitchen with all modern comfort makes sure you can also stay at home. A large flat screen to connect your streaming services. Aircon is available in all rooms.
Easiest access is through the airports of Murcia-Corvera (30 minutes) and Alicante (40 minutes) Airport. you can easily rent a car at both airports. you need a car to have a perfect holiday in this location.
there is a cleaning service with clean bed linen plus bathroom towels at eur 100 plus linen at eur 20per2persons. to be paid directly to the keyholder. She will welcome you upon your arrival. electricity and water are included in the rent. in case of excessive use like open windows combined with aircon, an additional will be charged.

Amazing holiday villa

Top Villa with great views

This high end villa provided our family with great facilities, amazing views and wonderful outside space and pool. The host was attentive and always responded in a timely manner. Would love to have stayed for longer. Would recommend this villa to my friends and hope to return in the future.

Beautiful Villa

Beautiful villa in a stunning location. The house has everthing you need and the pool is the biggest in the area compared to most of the others. The key holder is really lovely and helpful too. You get the sun all day and evening, sea views from the stunning roof terrace and the outdoor area is just gorgeous. You can watch squirrels in the garden and there is a beautiful little family of birds living in the palm tree which was a joy to watch also. Would definitely book again :)

Great villa for family stay

Villa was great: great swimming pool, nice fully-equipped kitchen, good bed and bath rooms. Only thing that was missing was a sun umbrella (one shown as picture is not there). That is really needed until noon (after noon there is natural shadow). And… the lighting of the swimming pool was broken and needs to be repaired.

A Very Happy Place *****

Had an amazing 8-night stay here with the family at Mandarino 19. It is lovely property set in fabulous surroundings. The photos really do not do it justice enough. It has everything you and your family could need, including the fabulous large pool. It is about 20 minutes drive to the beach and the town but on some days, it's just relaxing to spend thedat at the home. Bikes are available at the resort and evening strolls are very relaxing too. The family are already asking if we could come back. Very highly recommended *****

Absolutely fantastic! A wonderful Villa and a great holiday.

Simply put, the villa was fantastic. The pics don't do it justice! It is quiet, clean and really well appointed. We loved the pool and terrace and the views from the roof terrace were superb. From the master bedroom, you have a great view of the sunrise (which is well worth getting up for) and then a view of the sunset from the roof terrace, our favourite part of the day, with a cold glass of white wine or rose. The communication with Michel and Francis was great and they made us welcome and left us alone for the duration. Try the restaurants at the Golf Club, you won't be disappointed. The beaches and towns are around 15 mins away. There is a small supermarket there (which was a little pricey) but there's an ALDI in the next town which was super cheap! We will definately be coming back. Thank you. Marc, Caroline and family.

Beautiful Villa dirty state

When we arrived the key holder handed the keys and left no instructions at all. Found black mould in dishwasher and plates / cutlery also.Washing machine had mould. We spent 50 euros and 3 hours cleaning the whole Villa ourselves. Black socks due to filthy floors. Pool has scum on top and dirt on bottom so could not use it for 3 days until cleaned. We had expected this type of high quality Villa to be spotless .Far from it. Bed linen was cheap and nasty. No compensation offered. Disgusted.

Dear Tim, as mentioned in our private communication, we take this issue very serious and have addressed it with keyholder and we will go there ourselves next week. we made sure you did not pay the cleaning as a small compensation. pool was solved first monday after you arrived. Bed linen that is offered is clean and good standard. you insisted for white bed linen, sorry but our linen is with colours. I also remeber the opening in your private communication: 'Your villa is stunning'. the other points we take it serious and will handle it as promised. very best regards.

On a séjourné dans cette villa en famille La villa est jolie avec une grande piscine Par contre y’a plein de choses qui sont à revoir vivement comme la propreté qui est vraiment mal fait! la piscine était sale la climatisation bridée a 24 degré c’est horrible surtout que dehors il fait presque 50 degrés et des grosses baies vitrées qui laisse passer la chaleur pas de volet juste des stores blancs Faut de arriver avant 18h sinon personne pour vous recevoir jusqu’à 20h L’endroit est très isolé faut absolument une voiture pour pouvoir juste faire des courses Cela fait 10 ans que je loue des villas en Espagne et je peut dire que cette villa ne vaut pas son prix C’est dommage car elle a du potentiel

Idéalement placée dans un domaine où le golf tient une large part nous avons pu profiter de la maison et de sa piscine en toute tranquillité. Un parcours de golf exigeant mais agréable à jouer. La proximité d'autres parcours est un plus. Quelques échappées à la mer ont complété ces vacances.

Where do I begin - just back from an amazing week at the villa!!! It’s beautiful - modern, spacious, fantastic pool (in October be mindful of sun and heating of it), comfortable, private, secure and well equipped. Las Colinas is an ideal location for a week of golf - lots of courses within 30/45 mins drive as well as the on site course. Highly recommend for anyone considering booking

Excellent Villa

We spent 12 nights in this Villa, 4 adults and one child (9 years old) and had an amazing holiday. The pool was always warm, we ensured to put the cover over at night, then opened the next morning and the sun kept it warm all day. The Villa has everything you will need for your stay, and is very spacious and comfortable. The air conditioning always kept each room just at the right temperature. A huge bonus for us was the fantastic fridge freezer and ice dispenser with filtered on tap chilled water, such a great idea. Las Colinas is a beautiful development, not over built or crowded, and the views from this elevated position were amazing. I'd highly recommend watching the sunrise on a few occasions from the rooftop terrace, just beautiful. I would honestly say the photos of the rental don't actually do it justice, I felt it actually exceeded my expectations, and my families. One of our best holidays, and we would definitely stay here again.
