Magnífica villa en Orihuela Costa cerca de todo con piscina privada

Esta magnífica villa, perfectamente ubicada en una tranquila calle sin salida, completamente renovada a principios de 2022, le hará pasar unas vacaciones magníficas e inolvidables.

Tiene 3 dormitorios, 2 baños, una moderna cocina americana súper equipada, un gran salón luminoso con comedor, aire acondicionado (4), ventiladores (4) y calefacción central. En todas las habitaciones, una chimenea de gas adicional para el invierno (noviembre a abril, numerosas terrazas cubiertas y descubiertas, solárium, una piscina completamente privada y calentado des finales de fin de marzo hasta fin de noviembre con ducha, zona de bar, frigorífico y aseo. Zona de descanso y relax junto a la piscina.
Comedor exterior con barbecua.

También hay cuna y trona disponibles.

Estacionamiento privado y seguro dentro de la propiedad con barrera automática y posibilidad de cargar tu coche eléctrico a bajo precio.

Tiendas y restaurantes se encuentran a 10 minutos a pie, las 12 playas de arena de Orihuela Costa a 6 minutos en coche, el gran centro comercial de La Zenia Boulevard con sus 180 tiendas y 25 restaurantes a 5 minutos en coche, 4 magníficos campos de golf de Las Ramblas, Las Colinas, Campoamor, Villamartin están al máximo. 10 minutos en coche. También está al lado de un sendero a lo largo del canal de riego de 70 km de largo (andar en bicicleta, patinar, caminar, trotar ...). Un parque se encuentra a 2 minutos a pie de la casa con una pista de petanca y juegos para niños.

Está equipado con paneles fotovoltaicos y es muy autónomo para proteger al máximo el medio ambiente.

La limpieza de 150 € con protocolo "anti-covid" es obligatoria e incluye la ropa de cama y las toallas de baño e playa que se entregarán a su llegada a la entrega de llaves. Las camas están hechas a la llegada.

Compras:

A menos de diez minutos se encuentra el centro comercial Zenia Boulevard Oriuhela Costa que alberga 150 tiendas y dispone de un amplio aparcamiento interior y exterior. Inspirado en el American Open Mall, encontrará moda, teléfono, bricolaje, tiendas de electrodomésticos, 25 restaurantes, bares, un hipermercado (Alcampo), bowling y Casino.
Está abierto al público de lunes a domingo de 10 a 22 horas sin interrupción (a excepción del cine y la zona de recreo y restauración que permanecen abiertos hasta más tarde).

Los alrededores de la villa:
Este lugar tiene mucho que ofrecer tanto en cuanto a restaurantes como a bares, los más cercanos están a unos 10 minutos a pie de la villa en un lugar llamado La Fuente y Los Dolses.
También encontrarás supermercados, panaderías, tiendas ...

Tampoco estás muy lejos de Cabo Roig, La Zenia y Villamartin ...

Ciudades para visitar:
No muy lejos de Las Ramblas, puede visitar muchos lugares famosos: Murcia, Elche, Alicante, Orihuela, Cartagena.

Wonderful Private Villa with Views

We loved staying at this villa. It was private and peaceful within walking distance of restaurants and bars. The pool is perfect and private and there are many sitting areas to relax in. Communications were clear and friendly from both the owner and the property manager and we hope to visit again!

Great family villa!

We had a great stay at this villa. It was well equipped with air conditioning inclusive in the price. Lots of outdoor space and a great pool with inflatables already there. The bar area with a toilet next to the pool is very handy for young children. Overall, we had a great, relaxing week.

We loved this villa so much! We had a car everything was within 5 min drive that we needed. Pool was lovely and our children loved seeing the ducks in the canal. Would highly recommend

Perfect villa

The villa was lovely and contemporary, clean (thanks Rebeca and Emilia) and the private pool was perfect. So many different outdoor seating areas to choose from. Excellent communication with the villa owner Vince and we had very chilled and relaxing break.

Absolutely perfect

This villa is wonderful. From making the booking to handing the keys back the communication was faultless. The villa is beautiful and has everything you could need, location is good within walking distance to restaurants and bars. We will definitely be returning.

Fantastic Villa!

My family and I stayed at the Villa in August 2023 and we had an amazing time. The Villa was perfect, there was everything you needed and the place was spotless. The area, for us, was in walking distance from many of the restaurants and bars. The communication with Vincent throughout our stay was brilliant and he was extremely helpful. We would definitely book to stay at this villa again.

Quality Villa

Great Villa, very well equipped for guests, BBQ, 8 x sun loungers, outdoor table with canopy, many seating areas and terraces, poolside bar area with toilet and fridge, shaded area poolside as well. Secure off road parking. Internally the Villa has everything, very modern and comfortable for our family. Vincent was very helpful.

Fantastic Villa

We stayed in this fantastic villa for a month, it is even better than the photos and description. We had three generations and our two young grandchildren ( eight and four) loved the pool and the adults loved the relaxing surroundings. Plenty to shops and restaurants within 10 minutes walk although we hired a car which made everything easier. Loved every minute and will be back and would recommend to any families wanting a great holiday

Summer Holiday

Stayed with my family which included three children (aged 5, 7 & 10). The Villa was perfect for our needs and the pool was a huge hit with us all. Excellent Villa

Stayed with family in June 2023. Villa was in excellent condition. Lots of sunbathing spaces across 3 levels of the villa. Loads of shops and restaurants near by, either short walk or drive. Villa located just off canal which was lovely for walk, we also hired bikes to ride along canal. Vince was a very accommodating host with excellent communication throughout. 5 star

Gorgeous House!

Such a beautiful, well equipped and spacious house. We stayed for two weeks and had the best holiday! The kitchen has everything we needed and the outside spaces were amazing for eating, relaxing and watching the ducks float by on the canal! Our son loved the pool which is bigger than it looks on the photos. Vincent was a fabulous host and gave us some great tips for local beaches to go to. We didn’t want to come home!!’

My only negative was that for such a new villa there was no filter on the water tap, always a bonus in my eyes.

Great property

Just come back from a ten day stay at this property. We had a brilliant stay, the villa had everything we needed and it was really modern and clean. The pool was lovely. Plenty of areas to hang out in to catch the sun or shade. We were there with family including our Grandson who is 2 and he was well catered for with cot, high chair etc. Vincent was an excellent host, very friendly and responding quickly to any emails prior to arrival and any queries while we were there, nothing seemed to much. Would definitely recommend this property, worth the money and would stay there again.

A gem of a villa!

The villa is a wonderful find, with Vincent providing everything you need. It was lovely to have plenty of crockery, cutlery and kitchen equipment. We all enjoyed the pool, the heating was great and recommended for the time of year. We play golf and this is a great location for some fab courses. The Villamartín Plaza had some great restaurants, particularly Che Argentinian with Willow opposite the Plaza being a great place for breakfast. Vincent and Christopher were on hand with answers to any questions we had and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this lovely villa.

Excellent holiday the Villa made it!!

Just back from the best 2 week stay at this stunning villa. It’s spacious, modern, very well equipped and in a great location. There were lots of sun terraces and dining areas to choose from and the swimming pool with pool room/bar was an added bonus! It also boasts stunning views over the canal & out to the Med. My parents were with us as well as our two boys, and we all enjoyed the holiday in equal measures – the villa has something to offer everyone. A big thank you to Rebecca who was always on hand if needed and also to Vincent (villa owner) – the villa is an absolute credit to you. Would definitely recommend this property as somewhere to stay with family or friends, and we really hope to visit again in the not too distant future! Big thanks, once again.
