Amazing canal front 3 bed conch style house located in prestigious community of Summerland Key Cove. It is the first canal from open water and one of just a few flow-through canals providing excellent water quality. The canal is deep and wide. Expect to see lobsters, crabs and other sea life on the sea wall. You will be surrounded by million dollar homes and just a few minutes boat ride from open water in the Gulf and Atlantic.
Property is close enough to Key West to matter (20 miles) but far enough away for R&R (rest and relaxation). Being on the end of the Key, prevents the irritating noise of Hwy 1 traffic, which is rare to find.

I spend as much time in Florida as I can but when I'm not there I enjoy watching the tides go in and out from my porch on Edisto Island.

Why they chose this property

I bought this property because it had everything I wanted. It is a very warm and welcoming neighborhood, great fishing with access to the Atlantic and the Gulf, a runway to land on, a place to park the plane in the yard, and did I mention it was close to Key West ?

What makes this property unique

Home is on ground level so no stairs or elevators. If you have mobility problems, the property is easy to access due to walkways from the car to the rear of the house.
