The Casa di Alice is located a few meters from the sea in the town of Reitani in via dei Villini 17, in the municipality of Noto, the capital of the Baroque. The property has the entrance to the garden that it shares with an adjacent second home.
It consists of a large kitchen, two bedrooms (one double, one triple with a bunk bed and a sofa bed) and a bathroom with shower, all on one level. Complete the comfort a second outdoor shower to use when returning from the sea. The house, already spacious, has a large veranda complete with furniture where you can enjoy the view of the tidy garden and dine in peace. The equipment of the house is complete. The kitchen, with electric oven and microwave, is equipped with dishes, glasses and dishes. A washing machine, ironing board and iron, hairdryer and TV are available.

At 4 km away is Pachino, the nearest village that offers all the services.
About 8 km away is Portopalo di Capo Passero, the last strip of Italy and the splendid beaches of the Mediterranean sea, free or equipped.
The Naturalistic Oasis of Vendicari and the beach of Calamosche can be reached by car in ten minutes. Noto, a splendid baroque city, is located 15 kilometers, immediately after, at 45 kilometers, there is Syracuse, the provincial capital. Catania is 100 km away, Etna 130 km away.
Just as easily, in about 30/40 minutes by car, you reach the province of Ragusa, with the splendid towns of Modica, Scicli and Ragusa Ibla.

An extra fee of 12 euros per person is provided for the initial supply of linen (sheets and three towels for the bathroom).
