Great location very close to St Peter’s Basilica and wonderful restaurants and stores. Also a quiet neighborhood and a nice little patio to sit outside. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of space for luggage if needed. The host was great at communication.
Plus- close proximity to vatican city, close to food options, no bad smellsNeg - only one room with AC, no blankets, small shower and small entry. Main bedroom with no AC, fan but doesn’t get cool quickly once you come to room. Have to change water for AC.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad you appreciated the apartment’s convenient location near Vatican City, the nearby restaurants, and the overall cleanliness.
We would like to clarify a few points for future guests. What you describe as "small" (the shower and the entrance) actually reflects the standard dimensions of many Italian apartments and fully complies with all Italian habitability regulation.
Regarding the air conditioning, the apartment is equipped with one AC unit, which is perfectly adequate for the size of the apartment. It is designed to cool both the living room and the bedroom; it simply takes a few minutes for the cool air to circulate throughout the space. We would like to clarify that the AC does not require the water to be changed—it only requires the condensate collection tank to be emptied occasionally when it becomes full, which is normal for this type of unit and is explained in the instructions provided.
As for the blankets, each bed is provided with a full-size double duvet. Considering the temperatures at the end of June, we do not normally provide additional blankets, as the existing bedding is generally more than sufficient.
I've stayed here twice in a year. Love the location and how quiet it is....check in is easy and the help with arranging transportation to/from airport is appreciated.Love the air conditioning when I stayed in June and the smell of baking break from the restaurant below in the early morning from the balcony.Easy walk to the metro for all Rome has to offer but great restaurants and gelato less than a 5 minute walk.Overall a great home base!
I feel very lucky to get this amazing apartment! Its very clean and cosy, with everything that you need for comfortable stay available! The host and booking process was amazing! If i come back to Rome i hope to stay here again! Location is amazing and close to all the main attractions but also away from the crowds. I highly recommend this host and this apartment. Thank you!
We loved the look and location of this apartment. It was a good fit for the four of us. The location could not have been better- you are within walking distance from many great restaurants, gelato shops, and sites to see.
My mom and I were traveling together to celebrate her 60th birthday. We appreciated the level of communication and cleanliness of this apartment/host, and how close it was to a number of different great restaurants.
We stayed for a week, convenient location with kind, friendly, and responsive management. Very safe and secure, tucked away on a little side street with a great osteria very close by.
Great location, very close to the Vatican, easily walkable. Many restaurants and stores very close. Apartment was easy to get to, clean and very quiet, area felt safe and secure.
We have just completed our Rome stay. You can’t beat the location of this room. Right near the Vatican, a square with many restaurants and shops, and within 30 minutes of all monuments. Owners were very attentive. The only thing was that the WiFi didn’t work the whole time we were there, but that didn’t hinder our stay. Highly recommend to anyway wanting an authentic Roman stay.
Of the 7 cities we visited on this trip, we loved this accommodation the most. it was clean, safe, and we loved the private outdoor space! also surrounded by amazing shops and restaurants as well as a short walk to the vatican. would absolutely stay here again!
