Small villa in the hills in the Marche region. Relaxation, Privacy 10 km > sea

The cottage accommodates MAX 4 adults and one child. 5 persons in total, including children ( Check bedding arrangement)
Over time, we have had many requests from families with children, even very young children. We have always hosted them establishing excellent relationships, but we always warn guests, that in the house we do not have safety devices, (gates stairs, corner guards, glass and antiques etc.) and for the type of furniture would not be suitable for them, so it will be your responsibility to pay close attention to your little ones.
Villetta sui colli in Le Marche is located on the beautiful location of the Pesaro hills, about 10 km from the city centre and the sea, this villetta is the ideal place for your holidays in Italy.
The Villetta is situated in a strategic point for those who want to enjoy the tranquillity of the Marche countryside, while still going to the sea every day, and is an excellent starting point for visiting art and historical localities such as Urbino, Gradara etc.
Also in the immediate vicinity, a grocery shop is a 2-minute walk away and a 15-minute drive takes you to the splendid city of Pesaro.
A few km away is Fano and the Riviera Romagnola, Cattolica is only 17 km away.
Embellished with exposed wooden beams and terracotta floors, the house is on 2 floors.
On the ground floor: living room, hall, large kitchen, ante-bathroom and bathroom with shower .
On the first floor: 2 double bedrooms and a large bathroom with shower and bath.
To communicate the two floors there is an internal staircase but, as can be seen from the photos, we have also maintained the very old external staircase that belonged to the house at the time of construction.
The exterior window and window hatches have remained the same as they were at the time, old ones, which have also been renovated, but without distorting their shape.
Surrounding the house is a large enclosed garden, ideal for children to play in.
Tastefully furnished, you can find some antique furniture.
Even though there is another villa behind the house, all the rooms open their windows to the wide countryside and the garden.
Peace and privacy are assured.
The wifi is not amplified in all areas of the house, outside and inside, as, being a historic house, the walls are very thick. for now it has always been working at 100% in case of bad weather it may have difficulties.
Outside there are security cameras.

IT IS FORBIDDEN to bring inflatable pools of any size and type.
ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN to recharge cars

- CLEANING FEES from € 150 (in cash at check out)
- CITY TAX - MUNICIPALITY OF PESARO ( in cash at check in)
1,50€ per person per day ( calculated for max 15 days) the fee is always up to date.

- It is essential that the house is left tidy by you, at your check out.
ALL rubbish, kitchen and personal waste, must be thrown away by you personally and ABSOLUTELY NOT LEFT IN THE HOUSE OR OUT IN THE GARDEN, and used crockery, must be washed CAREFULLY and placed in the appropriate spaces, thoroughly cleaned and disinfected.

- WE DO NOT PROVIDE, high chair, camping/coat linen, changing table and child safety devices (stair gates, corner guards etc.)

- by law we cannot accommodate persons not declared at the time of booking.

- compulsory by Italian law is the communication of data to the police headquarters and the signing of the contract. After booking you will receive the rental contract to sign and you must send it back to us by email with the identity documents of all guests attached. ( the contract is in Italian, for translation you can use an online translator)
- unfortunately, for work reasons, we do not have flexible check in and check out times, a dear friend of ours will welcome you on your arrival ( times indicated in the rules)

- We would like to remind you that for all damages suffered and caused by guests, only the person who made the reservation and his guests are responsible.
In the event of damage, the guest is obliged to compensate for it when checking out or we will contact the relevant authorities.
Compulsory tourist tax for the municipality of Pesaro, cleaning and linen (if required) to be paid at check out in cash.
The small road leading to the house (about 200 metres) is shady but well passable.
