Close to ocean

This property is close to the ocean, within 2 to 3 minutes walking. I would use the ramp to the public beach instead of the code they supply, there are steps going down to the ocean for that. The public beach is nice and well cared for, not super crowded with a lifeguard present. This house has plenty of room, we had 7 adults and 2 children and it was very accommodating. There is a closet right outside the front door that has chairs, toys, umbrellas, wagon, really anything you'd need for the beach. It's a little far from some of the popular restaurants, maybe 20 minute drive, but I enjoyed being out of the main Destin crowds. Good place to stay, would recommend.

Close to beach and pool

We enjoyed our stay at this property! The beach access was very close by (<5 minute walk) and only had a few steps (different from the picture with manty flights of stairs). There is a nearby beach bar for frozen drinks and chair/umbrella rental right at the access point. The beach itself is private, so it was MUCH less crowded than the neighboring beaches. The water could not have been more clear and perfect! The house was also great and right next to the community pool. No beach equipment or games for kids are in the house, which is absolutely fine but just may be different than other properties through vacation rental services. Kitchen had all the equipment you need. Would recommend!

Beautiful Property

This was a beautiful home with easy parking, a great location, and a nice pool that is private to the community. This was perfect for my husband and our infant daughter to go on vacation with his mother, my parents and my brother and his wife and kids. The main living area was very large which was perfect for cooking and spending time together, but when needed, everyone had their own space that was truly private and quiet. The master bedroom and bathroom was awesome! If you’ve been to the area you already know how beautiful the beaches are, but what was truly worth it was the private beach access. When driving around and exploring the area we noticed that the public beaches were jam packed with people. It was so nice to have a gated entry to a beach that was never overly crowded. I would definitely rent this property again.

Beautiful property, perfect location, no wifi

Amazing in every way, but not ideal if you need access to email, working remotely, or like to have a working TV. The rental company was super responsive but we never actually got working WiFi. Our guess is the property owners stopped paying for it when they put the unit up for sale, so maybe that issue will go away eventually.

Great place - but a lot of issues

The place was great as far as location and rooms but we encountered electrical and door issues. Most of the upstairs plugs didn’t work or worked sporadically. The front door would not stay shut unless the top lock was locked. We also had issues with the freezer not keeping things frozen

5 star for house, 2 star for Vacasa

The house was beautiful, clean, spacious, and extremely close walk to the beach. On top of that the beach was private and was the only stretch that was not completely crowded with people which was super nice. The only downside would be communicating with the property manager, Vacasa. My family had 3 cars and we were trying to figure out if the two parking spaces that came with the home required the parking passes or if the parking passes were for extra cars in the overflow lot. After asking Vacasa before we arrived I did not get a clear answer and then they did not respond to my next question about parking early. After we checked in we could not find the parking passes. Twice I called Vacasa and spoke to a support worker who assured me that I would be contacted within the hour by the operations manager. I was never contacted. I also wrote an email which went unresponded as well. We resorted to just leaving written notes on the cars and hoping they didn't get towed. Luckily they were not and nothing else went wrong with our stay. I would be nervous to rent from a place owned by vacasa in the future in case something more serious did occur. I hate to give the property less stars to due 3rd party management , but it seems like maybe they should reconsider using Vacasa as multiple other reviews show similar experiences.

Wonderful condo close to the beach

The condo was clean and very spacious. The pool was very close and not crowded. Maybe, the queen size beds could have been lowered a few inches. The WiFi in one of the bedrooms had a weak signal. All in all awesome family vacation.

Close to the Beach

Rental process was made easy; Peace and quiet; Just a short walk to the beach; Amenities of 4-bedrooms, 4-baths was perfect for a large group; Plenty of restaurants and shopping; Any issues were resolved readily by Vacasa. Vacasa staff were professional and attentive.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was extremely clean. The beds were all very comfortable. The beach is right across the street and just a sort walk. The home is exactly as listed. The one bit of aggravation was the lack of communication from Vasaca. I had not received the door code, so it took a bit to get all of that straightened out.

Perfect House in Perfect Location

This house is as close as you can be to the beach without paying beachfront prices! We had 4 adults and 4 children and had plenty of space. Rooms are good size and plenty of bathrooms. I was surprised it didn’t include beach towels for being so close to the beach and the code to the gate at the beach didn’t work, but we really had no major complaints. We definitely would book again and recommend if you are looking for something in Miramar Beach.

Fabulous !!

Everything was wonderful but depending on how long you are staying you might have to wash your own towels and replace things like your tissue! Housekeeping will not be back until you check out so keep that in mind
