We had a great trip. This house is great for large families. Communication was also wonderful. We had a couple of issues that were promptly addressed. We would vacation here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The location couldn’t have been better, just steps from the beach, making it easy to enjoy the ocean throughout our trip. The pool was a huge hit with our group and provided the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach.The house was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped for our family. One of the biggest highlights was that everyone had their own bathroom, which made getting ready and sharing the space incredibly convenient.The home was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. We made wonderful memories here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend for families or groups looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

Overall the place was amazing! First time staying across the street from the beach as we always stayed oceanfront at Waterpointe across the street. But we did enjoy the pool very much. Pool could have been cleaner but didn't ruin it for us. We loved the extra space and two kitchens was nice. My biggest issue was the bed. Comfortable enough but was so creaky and loud with every move. I guess others were also. And the flies were terrible. But I would definitely stay again. Hoping to be back next year

We had 6 couples and 5 children and had plenty of room, bedrooms are all good sized and each having a bath was great with the additional bathroom downstairs for everyone to use. Backyard is set up nicely with plenty of seating, Location is tops with the beach across the street and attractions within 1/2 hour and Barefoot Landings around the corner. Definitely planning on staying again in the future

Family Vacation

This was our first visit to Myrtle Beach and I picked the perfect house and location. It had plenty of space for our family of 10 and we were across the street from the beach.

Great house and location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location is excellent, and beach access was right across the street. The 7 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and two kitchens was perfect for our family of 16. We plan to book it again next year.

Multi Family Vacation

Beautiful house with a great location to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The backyard was well maintained, had plenty of seating and provided endless hours of entertainment. We would definitely recommend this property!

Excellent Place

What an amazing location! The beach access is just right across the street! Plenty of bedrooms for my large family. The private swimming pool was amazing and enjoyed by all of us! I highly recommend this place.

The property was perfect for our family. Clean, plenty of rooms and the added bonus of en-suite bathroom in every room as well as full bath with tub/ shower on main floor. Pool area was spacious and our entire family enjoyed the pool. Nice wrap around porches on bottom and top floor with partial beach views from top porch. House was spacious and fit our family needs perfectly. Location to the beach was perfect. Boardwalk, activities and restaurants are anywhere from 5 to 25 minutes from home depending on where you choose to go. We would stay here again.

We really wanted to love this house, but unfortunately we were very disappointed with the cleanliness, maintenance, and management response.The home looked nice at first, but within hours we noticed major cleanliness issues. After walking barefoot, our feet were literally black. The floors clearly had not been properly mopped, and we found hairs in several beds when we pulled the sheets back—unsanitary! The next morning, we found a leaking sewer clean-out, debris on the rear deck, and outdoor cushions covered in animal hair.Advertised supplies were also missing, including beach towels, trash bags, dish soap and sponges. Management sent a cleaner after 3 PM, but none of the cleaning issues were addressed. She only provided some supplies, and we ultimately had to purchase our own sheets for two beds.Most disappointing was management’s response. Instead of following up on our concerns, they questioned our guest count. The home is advertised for 16 guests; we had 15.We also found dirty/stained glassware, disorganized cabinets, plumbing issues, and a very shaky upstairs porch bannister that is a safety concern. An unannounced man also entered the property while three teenage girls were in the pool for maintenance without prior notice.The home has potential and a great location, but it needs a deep cleaning, maintenance, and much better oversight. The biggest issue was not that problems occurred—it was how our legitimate concerns were handled by the property manager.

Great time

This house was perfect for our large family of 16. Very spacious and loved the fact that every bedroom has its own bathroom!! We had a few hiccups but what’s a vacation without one or two…lol. Our family already wants to stay again next year!!
