The lower ground floor, which functions as a sunken ground floor accessible via 8 steps leading down to the lounge, hosts the first bedroom, featuring a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. This floor also includes a bathroom fitted with a shower, bidet, and WC, as well as a utility room. The bedroom on this level benefits from a private exit to the garden.
