Outdoors
The property is part of a small group of houses and has a front and back garden. The front garden has a table, chairs and beach chairs, a portable barbecue and wood-burning stove, shaded by a pergola, is perfect for breakfasts or for a glass of Chianti wine. The back garden is larger and is shaded by many trees, fenced and adjacent to other trees, complete with a table and chair. This garden is particularly suited to children. The shared parking is about 30 metres away. There is a great view of the surrounding countryside, full of vineyards and olive groves.Interior
Antica Torre is on several floors, typical of the colonial homes of the area. The main entrance is on the first floor (access via an outdoor stone staircase) and leads to the large living room with fireplace, TV and eating area, the spacious, fully-equipped kitchen with fireplace, 3 double bedrooms, one bathroom with shower, one bathroom with bathtub. A couple of steps lead down to the ground floor where there is a well-equipped cooking area, a double bedroom with direct outdoor access, one large double bedroom with living area which leads to the outdoor loggia and to the back garden, two bathrooms with shower. There is also a washing room, with washing machine, sink, iron and ironing board.

The property is part of a group of houses, which mostly remain empty apart from weekends and other short periods. It’s in the hills, at an altitude of about 500 m, and is surrounded by countryside.
