About this property

Villino Mary, delightful cottage between sea and countryside

Villino Mary is nestled in a meadow with flowers and palm trees. It is located inside a property with other houses, but has an independent entrance. It is furnished with care and taste in every detail. The villa is particularly bright thanks to the glass walls in the dining room at the entrance, and the climate is always pleasant even in the height of summer. The fenced areas and the well-kept lawn make it an oasis for young and old, who can play freely.
In addition to the dining room with vetrage, there are 2 double bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
The loggia is also equipped for outdoor meals and is very close to the big barbecue.
We are very close to the sea, but always in the countryside, away from traffic and noise, an ideal situation to enjoy a relaxing holiday!
The owners Marisa and Romano often live in the neighboring house, they are very helpful and attentive to their guests without ever being intrusive.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

wunderschönes, gepflegtes Ferienhaus in traumhafter, ländlicher Umgebung

Das Ferienhaus liegt in ruhiger, sehr schöner, ländlicher Umgebung/Natur, im Umkreis gibt es viele Weingüter und Olivenölproduzenten. Das Meer mit langen Stränden, Donoratico mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten/Restaurants und das Örtchen Castagneto Carducci am Berghang sind in nur wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen (ein Auto ist aufgrund der Lage wichtig). Der eigene, dazugehörige Garten ist groß und sehr schön bepflanzt, traumhaft schön und perfekt zum Entspannen. Die große, überdachte Terrasse mit Esstisch und zusätzlicher Sitzecke, Liegestühlen haben wir ebenfalls sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll und stilvoll, mit hochwertigen Möbeln u Gegenständen eingerichtet, alles ist sehr gepflegt und sehr gemütlich, die Ausstattung ist perfekt, es fehlt wirklich an nichts: all das erlebt man wirklich selten in Ferienhäusern und man merkt sofort, dass den Eigentümern sehr wichtig ist, dass ihre Gäste sich wohl fühlen. Wir wurden von Marisa und ihrem Mann herzlichst in Empfang genommen. Beide sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie wohnen teilweise im angrenzenden Nachbarhaus und stehen bei Bedarf jederzeit gerne zur Verfügung, haben uns bei Problemen mit dem Auto sehr geholfen. Wir danken Marisa und ihrem Mann ganz herzlich für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt in ihrem traumhaften Haus und freuen uns schon sehr auf ein Wiederkommen
