Benidorm Reunion

Good location, close to beach and amenities. Host was very helpful. Wrap around balcony to all bedrooms and lounge.

Property was not as listed it says 2 bathrooms with shower there is only 1 bathroom with a shower the other is a toilet in the kitchen with a sliding door no shower! Air con is only in the living room and 1 bedroom. Not specified.We had to request a key to the pool after the 1st day tried multiple times to contact host, she does not respond.Only had 6 small towels for 6 adults sent request for some more, 3 arrived. Thank goodness we had a washing machine. We only had 4 mugs for 6 of us requested 2 more non came so we had to purchase our own.The kettle leaked when boiling and pouring.The sink drain pipe started leaking on 2nd day had to put a waste bin under it. Host did nothing about it from tues to friday when i got a message that plumber would come but it was arranged for 8pm Friday night when were out for a meal. It was arranged for the Saturday at 11am and was asked to stay in i said i would untill 1pm as we had plans. Nobody turned up and no communication from the host. The sink never got repaired and was a health hazard. Since returning home we tried to communicate with the host again who is very reluctant to answer anything.Saying that the apartment was in a good area close to amenities. I dont think it was my problem to wait in for a repairman to arrive i was on holiday!! Just be aware!!
