Great location/view but otherwise disappointing.
Check-in: Aligned a time with property management over whatsapp. Meeting point was not clearly communicated by property management despite asking multiple times. We did our best to locate the garage entrance based on the address and sent a map pin to our location. Waited 45 minutes after the agreed time for someone to show up to let us in.A little while after check-in we came back to the apartment to find someone had been inside the apartment while we were out. This happened without any notice or warning. Property management said it was the window washers. In any case, not nice having strangers enter your apartment without warning. We started leaving a key in the door to prevent entry while we were there and installed a security camera by the front door.Cleanliness: The apartment was quite dirty. Dirt on floors, bread crumbs on table, black mold in washing machine, hair in showers. Property management offered to send the cleaning crew back, but given the state of the apartment we brought our own cleaning crew in and had them deep clean (4 hours). The main (large) mattress had pee stains on both the mattress and sheets. We brought our own linens and my wife and I slept on 2 smaller mattresses that looked cleaner.Fittings: There is no oven: only toaster, microwave and stove...probably not a problem for short-term stays but something to be aware of. The couch is very uncomfortable, and appears quite old/dirty to the point where we used chairs rather than sittin
