Our 5 bed, 4.5 bathroom home, recently re-carpeted, is in a great spot on a beautiful modern, , gated development , close to the sought after Champions Gate area. It's a gorgeous, modern home of 2681sq ft (including bonus theatre/games room) which ideally suits couples and families who are looking for a relaxing break but also want to be close to all the main attractions. The house is finished to a luxury standard, with flat screen TV's in all rooms, 2 Master Suites each with king sized beds en-suite bathrooms with shower and garden tub, pool view. alarm clocks with i-pod/phone dock, 1 queen sized room with an en-suite bathroom and 2 twin rooms, an extended pool/spa area with large sun deck screened by woodland, (safety fence and door alarms at pool exits) and well equipped games room/theatre with 51inch TV, DVD player, Popcorn machine, 10 in 1 games table including pool and basketball, an air hockey table. There is a further games room with a seating area, regulation size billiard table and table tennis and a SMART T.V. Lightning speed wireless internet available throughout the home. A cot, high chair and stroller is provided for our younger guests.

Close to the Interstate 4 with easy access to all Orlando’s attractions, The Disney Parks, Sea World, Typhoon Lagoon, Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure, Harry Potter and the new Lego park.

Groups of golfers can take advantage of the many championship courses in the area. Golfers should look at the Champions Gate golf resort which has 2 Greg Norman designed championship courses. There are 6 other courses within 30mins drive.

We also recommend that you try to get to the beach - the Atlantic coast is great for surfers and the Gulf coast offers an idyllic white sand coastline. Cape Canaveral is only a short drive away.

Fine shopping and dining experiences can be found at the Florida Mall, or closer to home at Posner Park.
Bargains galore can be found at the Premium Outlet Malls, and the busy 192 with all its gift shops etc. is only a short drive away.
For essential shopping a large Publix supermarket is located close by.

Excellent, spacious property with everything we needed. Clean, tidy, great location for Disney, 1hr from Busch Gardens, 1.5 to Kennedy Space Centre. As described but better. Great for family with 3 yteens, large comfy beds, lovely pool, en-suites for all, kitchen if you want to cook, loved it!

Great Month Long Stay

Spent a month here and the house was great. Lots of space in the house. Owner was supper communicative when needed and had no major issues. Getting to the parks can by tough due to traffic but anywhere around I4 is like that.

Beautiful Home

This is a very beautiful and well kept home. The check in/out process was a breeze. Any and everything you needed was there. The neighborhood was very quiet and we felt safe. The grandkids loved the pool. I've rented several villas over the years but this one is most definitely my favorite. Thanks Len!

Nice place to stay

House was large and well maintained, but a bit outdated. Pool table was falling apart and unusable. Pockets were falling off , railings were broken as were every pool stick.Pool area was very nice although pool heat was sporadic. Lots of towels in the house.Communication was very good.

Doorway to Magic Kingdom

The property was great--exactly as advertised. A half-hour drive from Disney, wonderful pool. Special thanks to the owner for his responsiveness to our requests. The house was loaded with kid friendly games and activities. If it had rained (which it didn't), we would have had plenty of fun things to do.

Terrific venue for family/friends to relax and enjoy all that Orlando has to offer. Minutes from major interstate and state roadways. Many amenities close-by - groceries, eateries, golf, and Disney 20 minutes. Villa spacious, clean and well-equipped. Pool area & lanai more than adequate. Community peaceful and safe and management crew very polite and attentive. Owner prompt and easy to deal with. Recommendation 10/10!

Good size property. We were 6 adults and 4 children with enough room for all.

Property was OK I quest given that this property is under continously use, it is expected to be a bit weary. Carpets, bedding, etc were well used. Don't expect to do any type of cooking out side of basic warm up a meal or make a wrap. However if your looking for a home base for your Orlando adventures, this will do the job and is a nice sized property not to far from the Orlando resorts.

Very Nice

Our stay was very nice. Home was as described, and the owner was great to work with! Clean, spacious and well appointed. Couple of notes though. No cell service reception at the house for the multiple carriers our group had, although once we figured out password, we were able to log into the wifi and get service. Also, the spa tub attached to the pool was actually not a "Hot tub". We made the assumption that when paying the additional fees to heat the spa/pool that the tub would be hot, but not the case. In summary nice house with great owner.

Spacious villa close to Attractions

This was our first time staying in this villa but we visit Florida twice a year and know what we like and expect from a villa. This one didn’t disappoint, the villa was well laid out with plenty of room for 5 of us. The recliner sofa and chair was great after a day shopping or at the parks. The 2 master suites were a real bonus too. It was also clean and well maintained. As with all villas you need a hire car to get around but the location of the villa meant it was close to attractions such as Disney and the outlet malls. We paid for pool heating due to the time of year and can honestly say it was the best pool heating we have had! It was lovely and warm so we spent most days out by the pool and in the jacuzzi. Prior to our visit and during our visit the owner was extremely helpful and very quick to respond to emails. Absolutely 5 stars we will definitely be recommending to our friends and will book again in future.

Wonderful retreat

Better than a hotel. Our own private pool and hot tub. Enough bathrooms for 9 people. Comfortable beds, kitchen, grill and room for us to relax. Property owner was so great and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would do it again.

Decent stay

Property looks like the pictures but is a bit rough and dirty. Carpets look like they are from a frat house. Managers are very receptive and helpful. Location of the property is in a gated community and somewhat close to amenities. TVs in every room but only cable on the living room tv. Overall we had a decent stay.

Cypress Point

Safe and secure neighborhood in a gated community. Had everything we needed. Close to stores and restaurants. Only 15 minutes to Disney parks. House was spacious with plenty of room. Nice relaxing pool area. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again.

Great vacation house but not perfect

We had a wonderful time staying in this house. The pool was very nice especially in July (there was no grab bar so be aware if you need one), how ever the pool is a good size for a rental and the kids enjoyed it. The rooms were nice ans big with large walk in closets, however the king beds were hard as a rock, I ended up sleeping on the couch most nights. The kitchen was about the size of an apartment kitchen however the ice maker did not work neither did the water (which was not a huge deal we just bought a bag of ice and some water.). The pool table was in rough shape but we didnt play it because the pool was so much nicer. were tons of towels available which was awesome because sometimes rentals don't offer towels. The area was nice and quiet.. over all we enjoyed our stay. Thank for letting us use your rental

After 20 years of visiting Florida with a growing family, we developed a detailed in depth knowledge of the area, attractions, and accommodation which inspired us to start looking for our own holiday home in the state.
We knew that the property had to be spacious and close enough to all the attractions Orlando has to offer, yet far enough away to provide a tranquil oasis of calm when the pace became too hectic.
We visited a multitude of properties in 2010 and none fitted the bill. In August 2011 we discovered The forest at Cypress Pointe, a picturesque conservation area with a small development of luxury homes less than 10 minutes from Disney.
We fell in love with the quiet private pool and spa area at 'Ten Forty Nine' (and with five bedrooms and bathrooms, large enough to accommodate everyone) so on September 13th we became the proud owners of our own home in Florida.
Two minutes from Champions Gate with its world famous golf courses, easy access to the Interstate 4, the main artery to all Orlando's shopping and dining experiences and minutes from the famous 192. What more could we ask for.

Why they chose this property

We liked the floor plan in this large two story house. Ample room for our large family to holiday together. The small development of luxury homes has just recently been completed. The property was new so we were able to furnish and complete it to our own taste (making sure the beds we chose were really comfy). We particularly like the fact that the house backs on to conservation giving the pool and spa a great degree of privacy.

What makes this property unique

Location was a huge factor in our choice of home. The forest at Cypress Pointe is ideally situated for easy access to all the main attractions. The development is only half an hours journey from Orlando airport, and with easy access to the Interstate 4 Florida's beaches are only a short drive away. Cypress Pointe is a gated community and gives us added security.
