Planning your vacation? Discover the charming townhome, Casa Madrigal at Solterra Resort, Florida. This beautiful 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath villa features a private pool, and the use of the resort amenities with water slide, lazy river, spa, cafe and an on-site gym. So many exciting activities right outside your door. The community is close to everything Orlando has to offer; a short drive to world-class theme parks or sit by the pool while you watch the kids enjoy the resort amenities!

This brand new villa is spacious enough for your whole family. The open plan will give you the comfort you need to relax and includes 1 king bedroom, 3 queen bedrooms, 1 room with 2 twin beds and double sofa bed upstairs.

The entertainment is endless here. Book your stay today at this gorgeous Solterra townhome.

*POOL HEATING: Can be added as an additional service to the reservation. It is an additional cost of $25/night and has to be for the entire stay, we do not do partial payments. We recommend to inform us at least 48 hours prior to the check-in date

You’ll have full, exclusive access to the house during your stay and the clubhouse ( resort fess will be required )

There are two designated parking spots in front of the house. If you have more than 2 vehicles, make sure to look for visitor spots. Upon entering the Resort, towing information is given to all guests. Vehicles parked in spots not belonging to the home are subject to being towed.

Very roomy house and fun with all of the themed rooms. I missed the part about it not being supplied very much and that was not very convenient. I don't like to have to go shopping for supplies while on vacation. Overall good location to Disney World.

Alot of communication prior to stay, Not much during the stay. Very noisy on holidays, neighbors partying and shooting off fireworks even though wasnt permitted according to signs.Paid to have pool heated was still cold. But great space and accommodations.

The property grounds is well-maintaned and aesthetically pleasant. As for the interior space, its spaces and contemporary styles with a white and grey color palette. We especially enjoyed the large kitchen/family room that can easily accommodate 8 - 10 people. The enclosed outside pool was also enjoyable. I will recommend the property to others.

Our family stayed at this place this weekend from Friday until today. The house is very spacious and nicely decorated. However, the cleanliness and maintenance is terribly lacking. Maybe you are not aware and need to speak with the house cleaners and/or management company. The worst part were the bed sheets. They were filthy, with food crumbs and stains. The sheets had clearly not been washed before our stay. We had to wash them before we could sleep. The mats in the bathrooms smelled bad, and were also dirty. Maybe they have never been washed. The sofa, the sofa pillows, the dinning chairs, the rugs, the outdoor chairs all had stains and the aspect of being terribly dirty. Lastly, the bathroom in the master bath upstairs had black mold in the walls. The shower in the Queen bed suite upstairs does not work. The pool is yellow from stains on the concrete. The faucet in the kitchen sink was really loose. My husband fixed it temporarily, but it needs to be tightened down with a wrench. We were charged both a cleaning fee and a pet cleaning fee, but we arrived to a home that was NOT clean. I am attaching photos and videos so you can see some of the things I am talking about. Again, is a beautiful home but it has not been taken care of, and we were expecting a clean and functional place.

Nice townhome and property..

The property was very nice. It is a corner townhome and the only downside is the pool is exposed to the side street and walkway. You get a lot of gawkers. As far as location it is difficult to get on and off the highway 4. This place tends to pack in for the weekends and lots of partying at the rentals. This also makes the entrance back up pretty good adding to frustration. The distance to Disney is close but the traffic is heavy. Disney is average 30 min. Universal is average 45 min. Add 15 min during bad weather or rush hour. The amenities are nice (lazy river and pool)but since it was soo hot this week 100 the place was over crowded. Just wanted to be clear on what to expect.

Great spot to stay in the Orlando area. Close to the parks and essential stores.

Our family loved staying here. Our girls didnt want to leave their Disney themed rooms. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. I will note that you have to obtain an amenties card to use the resort pool, which costs us 37 for our stay, which we were unaware you had to pay extra for, so if you dont really plan to use the resort pool much, then consider that extra costs. Overall the house was clean, great location, and safe neighborhood. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Orlando!

Great Family Hangout

Three generations, from 9 - 65, really enjoyed our stay here. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to spread out and have some privacy and great common space to share time and meals. We really enjoyed the outdoor space and small pool - and used the resort facilities several times. Just a note that the resort fees were under 40 for us all for the week!If reserving, pay attention to what is provided. It is provisioned a bit more like a basic timeshare - no personal hygiene beyond a small bar of soap and nominal paper/cleaning products. If you have the capacity to bring coffee filters, toilet paper, dish and laundry pods, seasoning, condiments, etc. - it will save some purchasing. If not, good grocery stores nearby!
