Puerto Marina beach Benalmadena villa
Spacious and cozy house-villa in Benalmadena Costa, three real minutes walk from the beach and Puerto Marina. No car needed. Completely renovated, very close to the beach and pto. marina, la carihuela, torremolinos, supermarkets, bus, train, taxi, tivoli, etc. With sea views, two terraces, two gardens and swimming pool (one of them for children), common in a closed complex along with only four more houses. The location is unbeatable and the whole is quiet and the house very cozy. The beach and the marina as well as the promenade is a real 5 minute walk from the house. The house consists of two floors, plus a solarium terrace with sea views, bedrooms and bathroom on the top floor and on the ground floor is the kitchen, bathroom and a spacious living room with access to the porch and the pool and garden.
The house has capacity for 8 people, very well located and very comfortable, recently renovated, close to all services, beach, port, bars, etc.
