Spacious enough for 2 families to enjoy, this fabulous and luxurious 4-bedroom house with 2 living rooms can, due to the multi-level layout, comfortably accommodate 8 adults ready for a relaxing getaway without having to sacrifice their privacy. The accommodation is newly built, and furnished to a very high standard. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden and sun loungers. Savour a quick dip in the private heated and saltwater pool and wash away all your stress. Including private parking and a wall which encloses the property, ensuring a very safe and quiet atmosphere. This is the perfect place to unwind, appreciating the fresh and starry nights of Benalmádena. A lovely place to spend a holiday of a lifetime on the heart of the Costa del Sol, with an excellent climate all year round and a wide variety of activities for all tastes.

The villa provides a fully equipped kitchen, BBQ, a laundry room, towels and linens, high speed Wi-Fi, flatscreen TVs, laptops, a printer, and much more…

It has a private saltwater and heated pool and garden. If you prefer sand between your toes, the beaches of both Torremolinos and Benalmádena are only a 5 minutes walk away.

Check-in is anytime from 16-21 (4pm to 9pm).
Late check-in is required to be paid in cash:
– From 21-00 (9pm to 12am) there is an extra charge of 50 euros.
– After 00:00 (12am) there is an extra charge of 60 euros.

EXTRAS:
- We charge 40€ extra for baby crib and high chair per accommodation.
- We charge 35€ for an extra bed per day.

- Pool heating has a 25€ fee per day
***IMPORTANT: Please let us know if you want this amenity, so we can start heating the pool before your arrival. Heat pumps generally heat a pool after 24 to 72 hours, so it will take a couple of days to heat the pool from about 15°C to approximately 25-28°C. Please be aware, a heated pool is not a jacuzzi-type of heat, the pool will never be warmer than app. 25-28°C. In order to maintain the heat in the pool, it should always be covered when not in use, or the heat will dissipate and the pool will cool down quickly.

Make sure you leave the property as you found it. Neat and tidy, bins emptied, trash & recycling thrown out, dishes washed. Host must be notified before guests invite anyone to the house, keeping in mind the COVID-19 situation. We need to assure the safety of our guests that we are hosting. No extra people should be endangering our other guests. We have taken measures to keep social distancing & safety procedures for all our guests.
