Spacious and beautiful 7 Bedroom Beach Block Home

This Ventnor City, NJ home is the place for your next family vacation! Incredible 7 bedroom, 3.5 bath home only 3 houses from the beach and boardwalk...a perfect beach location! Walking distance to dining/shopping in Ventnor and Atlantic City. There is so much to do nearby including fishing, boating, seeing a show at the movie theater or casino, outlet shopping, escape rooms or family-friendly go-karts, mini golf, water park, amusement pier, and more! The Jitney (a low-fare shuttle) will take you anywhere in Atlantic City for a very small fee and the stop is only a block away. You will never run out of things to do and can leave your cars in the 6-car driveway the entire trip (YES! 6 CARS!!) This is the perfect home for the whole family to enjoy!

Relax comfortably in our huge open living room with large flat screen TV and plenty of seating. Share a meal in our extra large dining room or well-appointed eat-in kitchen with granite counters. Escape with the ocean views and breeze from your place on the spacious front porch or enjoy a family BBQ at the picnic table in the fenced-in backyard! We are always upgrading and this year we have new kitchenware, new 3rd floor mattresses, bedding, freshly painted rooms, outdoor shower, and more!

This home sleeps up to 20. Two master suites on the 2nd floor each have king-size beds and their own private sitting area with an ocean view and large screen TV. Also on the 2nd floor are 2 Jack & Jill bedrooms with King beds in each. There are 2 full bathrooms on the 2nd floor. On the 3rd floor there is 1 bedroom with a full size bed and private reading/relaxing area. There are an additional 2 bedrooms each with a bunk bed with full-size mattresses on the bottom/twin-size on top PLUS either a daybed or single bed w/trundle. There is a third full bathroom on the 3rd floor.

Window a/c units in the living and dining rooms as well as in each bedroom seasonally keep the home cool and comfortable. Ceiling fans are also located throughout the home. There is free secure WiFi . Bed linens and bath towels are NOT provided but their rental is available. Multiple beach chairs, boogie boards, beach badges, and a propane grill are provided for your use.
Our home is strictly non-smoking, this includes vaping, e-cigs, etc. Check-in is on Saturdays. There is no charging of e-vehicles on the property.
The minimum age of renters must be 25 years old or older. We are unable to rent for high school prom, "senior week" or other party events such as bachelor/bachelorette party rentals. If you have any questions please contact us and we would be happy to assist you!
