The apartment has two separate bedrooms with two single beds in each and a lounge with sofa bed for 2 persons. There is a separate kitchen which is fully equipped with a ding table. The fresh bathroom has shower. Shared laundry room in the house. AC and free Wifi. Area 55 sqm

Great appartment in Banlyus

Cheerful, clean and nicely furnished apartment with everything one needs for a lovely stay in Banlyus. Steps away from the beach, restaurants and shops. Very convenient. Note that parking rules are changing in Banlyus regularly.

I’m Swedish, living in Banyuls part time since a few years. I love France and especially Banyuls-sur-Mer. We have been travelling around a lot in France looking for the perfect place, and now we are here. This wonderful, small town has everything to offer. I like hiking and different kinds of sports, the good food and wine in France and I especially like the meeting with people. I speak several of languages and love this fresh and at the same time international atmosphere. Everybody is welcomed!
I work as a property manager, talking care of other people’s apartments and houses for rent. I take care of their homes as they would be my one and I especially take care of all the guests visiting the apartments and houses. You have a large variety of outdoor activities available for all ages; fine beaches, boat trips, boat rentals (with ou without a license), jet-ski, deep sea diving, snorkelling, canoeing, canyoning, horseback riding, vineyard tours, cultural and historical sightseeing. For hiking enthusiasts, the Grande Randonnée 10 starts just outside Banyuls and you can walk for hours in the hills or along the sea.
