This huge home is ideal for a group of people who want to spend their holidays together and choose whether to stay at the house or visit its magnificent surroundings. Either way, you will find everything you need in this home. The equipment will make you want to spend most of your time here, while the location, halfway between Granada and Malaga, is ideal for discovering the area. The choice is yours!

You can access the house from the upper floor. Here, you will find three bedrooms, a room and a bathroom with a bathtub. Of the bedrooms, two have a double bed each, one has a single bed, and the room has a sofa bed.

The other bedrooms and the living area are located on the ground floor. On this floor, two bedrooms have a double bed each, and the third bedroom has two single beds. Another bathroom with a bathtub is located on the ground floor, as is the living area. The latter is characterized by a spacious living-dining room, provided with several sofas and armchairs and even a table football. Right next to the living room, you will find the independent kitchen, whose appliances create a nice contrast with the stone fireplace, and a bathroom with a shower.

To get to the outdoor area, you must do so from the living room, passing through an outdoor dining room, located under a pergola. The exterior staircase connects the porch with the private pool, around which you will find several loungers to take advantage of the sun's rays. A hammock and several corners in the middle of nature will also help you relax.

Finally, the house has a fenced tennis court and a trampoline, for the happiness of the little ones.

Access to the villa is completely paved.
