Studio "Villa Teresa" is a beautiful property of new construction, with an excellent view of the mountain. It features a fully equipped kitchen and an outdoor terrace. The room is very spacious and comfortable. The accommodation provides all bed linen and bath towels. It is a 17-minute walk from the volcanic caves of São Vicente. The city of Funchal is 30 minutes away by car and the airport is 45 minutes away. The perfect place to relax and enjoy nature.

Overall a good stay

Appartement is good for the price. You have everything you need to cook for small meals. From the balconies you have a fantastic view to the nature and the mountains. Disadvantages are that the house is unprotected from the sun and therefore very hot. Also at night, it is hard to get the appartement to a comfortable temperature. Unfortunately, the fridge is directly located next to the bed and noisy. We had many ants inside the appartement. The host quickly reacted by provoding a solution, but that did not really solve the problem. Nevertheless the communication with atlantic holiday (host) was good.

„Wir würden wieder kommen!“

Die Wohnung ist zwar eher klein, hat aber dennoch alles was man braucht. Sie war sehr gepflegt und modern, vorallem das Preisleistungsverhältniss fanden wir genial! Wir würden wieder kommen.
