Villa Bella Vista by Atlantic Holiday

Villa Bella Vista by Atlantic Holiday is a welcoming house located in São Vicente, on the north coast of Madeira Island, set in a quiet rural area with open surroundings. Just over a five-minute drive from the centre of São Vicente, guests can easily reach restaurants, cafés and supermarkets while enjoying a peaceful stay away from busier areas.



The house comfortably accommodates up to five guests and is ideal for couples, families or friends travelling together. It offers three bedrooms, two furnished with queen size beds and one with a single bed, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for different group needs. The bathroom includes a shower and is supplied with bath towels for all guests.



The kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances and utensils, including a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, hob, cutlery, plates and cookware, allowing guests to prepare meals with ease. Bed linen and bath towels are provided for the entire stay.



Outside, guests can enjoy a private jacuzzi, offering a relaxing space to unwind after a day exploring the island. Additional amenities include a washing machine, hairdryer and a Smart TV with box for entertainment.



Although the property does not have private parking, there is space available on the road directly in front of the house. Baby cot and high chair are available upon request.



Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Check-in is available from 16:00 until 05:00.

The City Hall charges a local Tourist Tax per guest per night. The charge amounts:



- 2EUR per night;

- This rate applies up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests that are under 13 years old.

- This charge must be paid directly to us so we can deliver it to the City Hall.



We’ll provide all the necessary details, including the Tourist Tax payment, a few days before check-in.
