Apartment with 1 double room and cot, with terrace and chill outt area with table and 2 armchairs, living room with access to terrace with open views and table and chairs, fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom with large bathtub, washing machine.
Complex with very well-kept gardens and community pool for adults and children.
The beach is 300m from the apartment, Playa de Calan Porter. zone with all services
Upon arrival, the ECELLAS INSULAR DE BALEARES CONSELLAR TAX will be paid. € 2.20 with VAT included for guests over 16 years, if the stay is more than 9 days, from the tenth day will be € 1.10 with VAT included for over 16 years. Children under 16 are exempt from paying ECOTASA.
This tax helps to conserve our islands as well as its beaches and nature, so fragile for being an ISLAND. I hope you understand that this tax benefits us all as a visitor as well as those who live on the Island.

Nous étions 2 couples dans l'appartement c'était juste mais on l'a fait ! L'appartement était très propre, fonctionnel et le propriétaire était très facile à contacter. Seul bémol : comme il faisait très chaud nous dormions les fenêtres ouvertes et le matin nous avions les camions pour les déchets qui passait sous nos chambres. Toutefois Cala en Porter est très agréable et la situation du logement parfaite pour faire les courses, les bars, les restaurants et avec un peu de courage la plage. La piscine et les lieux en commun étaient très propres. Agréable séjour et un propriétaire PARFAIT.
