This attractive and bright apartment, carefully decorated, has 159 m² and is divided into 3 levels. It consists of 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and capacity to comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.

On the ground floor is a spacious living-dining room with comfortable sofas, free WiFi and double doors that open to a large terrace with direct access to the garden and the communal swimming pool. There is also 1 individual room, a bathroom and a fully equipped independent kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, gas hobs, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer and plates and bowls.

A staircase leads to the two upper floors (no lift). On the first floor there is a chill out area to rest with TV, two bathrooms and 3 bedrooms, one of them with a single bed and the other two with two single beds each. Finally, on the top floor is 1 spacious main bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. This bedroom has access to two terraces with views of the garden, the pool and partial sea views.

Situation

The establishment is located just 20 m from the rocky beach "Playa Segon Muntanya" and 200 m from the sandy beach of Playa del Arenal. It is also close to all services such as supermarkets, bars, beach bars, a post office, a pharmacy, several banks and shops. A three-minute walk will take you to the nearest large supermarket. The attractive port and old town of Javea are about 3 kilometres away, and there are two excellent golf courses within a 20-minute radius.

On the picturesque Mediterranean coast, the city of Jávea is a pleasant place that delights visitors of the Costa Blanca with its beautiful marina and beautiful beaches. There are also multiple sports activities to participate in, such as sailing, diving and snorkelling, golf, tennis and even hiking to Montgó.
