La Isla Penthouse

This three-bedroom penthouse with a south-facing orientation overlooks one of the best gardens and pool complexes in Javea, and when it comes to location, it really couldn't be better positioned!

The excellent location of La Isla, just a few minutes' walk, approximately 400 metres, from the Arenal beach in Jávea, allows guests to easily access an area that offers safe bathing and water sports, around which there is a wide seafront promenade with bars, restaurants and shops. equally lively during the day and night.

The attractive port and historic old town of Jávea are less than 2 km away, and there are excellent golf courses within a 20-minute radius.



JH Advice: The Isla Penthouse is located in the same complex as Avalon. If you are coming with family, booking two or all of them could be a good option!



**Important Information**



1) Age Policy: Groups under 25 are not allowed (except families or young guests accompanied by adults staying in the property). Non-compliant bookings may be refused check-in without refund.



2) Winter Long Stays (1 Nov – 31 Mar): Stays of 31+ nights receive a special discount but utilities (electricity, water, gas) and weekly linen changes are not included. A €250 utilities prepayment is required; extra usage will be charged and unused amounts refunded.



3) Stays over 10 days: Spanish law requires signing a Non-Habitual / Temporary Housing Rental Contract

Lots of space and fantastic balcony/views Softer mattresses or consider adding a mattress topper. Curtains or better fitting shutters in the main bedroom to make it a little darker.

Great sunny apartment

A great apartment with loads of storage, kitchen had everything we needed and plenty of glasses, plates etc. Balconies got the sun all day and pool and grounds were lovely and well kept. While we were there, the complex was very quiet even though it was half term. Would definitely return. Would be nice to have a couple of sun loungers on one of the balconies.

Great location, beautiful grounds and pool. We stayed here 2 years ago and loved it but this time we feel for the price being charged there needs to be some improvements made to the accommodation. Mattresses are extremely hard and uncomfortable. Lounge furniture could do with updating. Kitchen cupboards have tape on the sides of them as the veneer is coming off. Iron needs replacing as the bottom is detached. Air con makes loud clicking noises at night. Perhaps a couple of Sun loungers on the balcony would be a good idea too.

As a result there will be improvements made to the property to freshen it up after the summer. However, one change already underway are new beds and mattresses throughout the property, being installed as we speak. Thanks again for your comments and we hope you notice the changes next time.

Sunny south-facing apartment in a good location

Good location close to services and the beach. Quiet house, beautiful courtyard. Mountain views. Sunny south-facing apartment. Three balconies. Plenty of equipment in the apartment. Fast Wi-Fi. Detailed operating instructions. Communication with the Office was easy on weekdays. Plenty of small stuff in the apartment, a little too much. A small kitchen with a washing machine in a difficult place under the worktop. Refrigerator-freezer doors opening in the wrong direction, difficult to use. The sofa in the living room had outlived its time. Invasion of ants inside twice. Lots of birds on the balconies (net above the balcony?), which messed up the balcony floors and furniture. During the long stay (five weeks), there were also numerous small problems, recarding which the rental company had to be contacted. For examble: Bad sewage smell in the shower room right at the beginning. The hand shower in the bathroom did not work, had to be replaced. Power failure. The water supply from all faucets and showers was interrupted for half a day. No refund was received for these, e.g. couple of hours extension to the departure time.

A 4-week stay in June 2026

La Isla Penthouse The penthouse is situated close to the beach in a large, gated residential complex. The buildings surround a large landscaped garden with a very large swimming pool. The view from the third-floor flat over the garden and the pool is magnificent. The bathrooms are ok. The mattresses are comfortable. Fast WiFi and streaming services (NETFLIX) available . Air conditioning without problems. La Isla Penthouse The roof above the flat is a breeding ground for sparrows, which nest under broken roof tiles. The noise from the birds is astonishing. The bird droppings were a real nuisance we had to clear them off the terrace every morning. The kitchen is very small. The living room furniture is dated. The chairs around the dining table are hard and heavy. There are two sofas. The pull-out sofa is soft and saggy .

Een geweldig appartement op een super locatie. Alles wat je maar kan wensen is aanwezig. Wij komen terug! Misschien een klok in de kamer! Bedden in de grote slaapkamer zijn een beetje hard, misschien een topper erop!

We rented the La Isla apartment for 3 months. The apartment was well equipped and well placed to enjoy all facilities in Arenal. There's a handy bus that goes to the Port area and Old Town.
