The 1,800-square-foot, 3-bedroom, 3½-bath house, has an open floor plan with cathedral ceilings. Cozy Italian leather sofas in the living room are perfect for enjoying views of the family on the beach, the whales just past the waves, and the stunning sunsets. All the special amenities you want on a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation are included: a 50-inch flat-screen Samsung TV with Sonos PLAYBAR, an outdoor authentic Finnish three-person Finlandia sauna, a five-person Marquis hot tub, a gas barbecue on a deck shielded from the wind, a wood-burning stove--and even a house guitar and ukulele for strumming the blues.

Two king bedrooms have new ensuite bathrooms, and the third bedroom has twin beds. Reached by a path outside the house, a daylight basement bonus room with a half bath, games, beach toys, boogie boards---and more to keep kids (and adults) entertained.

Whether you want to hike in Oswald West State Park, take a cold plunge, surf the waves, take a sauna, watch the whales, roast marshmallows on the beach, or soak in the hot tub while counting stars, Neahkahnie Beach House is the ideal place to be. Just 90 miles from Portland, downtown Manzanita offers shops, restaurants, cafes, a public library, and more.
