Due to the significant increase in energy costs, a basic consumption of 15kW per day is included in the rental price. If exceeded, extra kW will be charged at the current market price, with the kWh rate indicated in the rental contract.



Does it have air conditioning?

Yes, in all 3 bedrooms.

We remind you that air conditioning quickly cools the space if all openings are closed, so it is not necessary to leave it running if you are not in the house.



What are the pool dimensions?

It measures 4x8m with a maximum depth of approximately 1.70m.



What are the bed configurations?

There is 1 double bed of 160x200cm, 2 single beds of 90x200cm, and 1 double bed of 150x190cm.



Are towels included?

No, but they are available for rent.



Who takes care of pool maintenance?

A technician passes once a week.
