Casa Riad Impluvium – La Casina is a charming house in the heart of the Salento, with a lovely inner courtyard with a small pool. Located in the little village of Giurdignano, it sits in its peace and quiet, only crossed by the toll of the bell from the Church in the nearby piazza, signaling the lazy passing of time. It all makes a romantic and authentic atmosphere, to deeply enjoy with a nice aperitivo under the rosy sunset sky, in the parfums of the Salento summer nights.

The house presents an open space serving as living/dining room -with a fireplace and a kitchen corner (also equipped with a dish-washer)- overlooking the pool in the courtyard through two deep arched windows. On the ground floor, there is also 1 twin bedroom with an almost adjoined shower room, and on the first floor, that one reaches through the outside stairs, 1 twin and 1 double bedroom, sharing another shower room. In addition, the house features a Spa with whirlpool, sauna and a bathroom in the basement.

The property is located in Giurdignano, a small town of 1,700 inhabitants situated in the beautiful countryside of olive groves, and just 4 km away from the beautiful Otranto. This area is renowned for the presence of several cultural sites: megalithic monuments like dolmen or menhir, the archaeological site “Le Centoporte", several crypts, two hypogeal tombs dating back to the Neolithic period (II millennium B.C.). Casa Riad Impluvium - La Casina is situated in the centre of the town, next to a very nice square housing a Church and other historic palazzi.

The weekly price includes: 1 set of bed linen and 2 sets of bath linen for each room; water and electricity consumption (up to a maximum of 150 kWh per week; overconsumption charged at € 0.50 per kWh); garden upkeep by a trusted gardener. Excluded from the price and to be settled upon arrival, the charges for the end-of-stay cleaning (€ 150.00), and, over the winter months, heating (based on consumption). Small pets allowed at an extra charge of € 50.00 each. No smoking inside. Damages deposit, € 500.00.
